Front view - Auburn, California Vacation Rental This beautiful house's location is ideal for a great getaway from crazy, noisy urban living into a peaceful, clean and quite "home" surrounded with forest; yet, still very close to all outdoor activities and other "city" conveniences(restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theaters, health clubs etc.) Our house is only 3 years old, on 1 acre, corner lot with lots of trees, outside storage house/shed, RV access and a 2 car garage. Master bedroom suite is huge with dbl. door entry, deck, master- bathroom with jacuzzi-jet bathtub, double showers, large walk-in closet, and travertine tile throughout. Wood floors throughout downstairs, berber carpet upstairs, custom tile, marble and travertine in bathrooms. Second bathroom upstairs has a jacuzzi-jet bathtub as well. Upstairs bedrooms have a King size bed in the master, queen size beds one in each of the upstairs additional bedrooms. 4th bedroom downstairs is not available for guest use; it's secured for storage. 3rd full-bathroom is located downstairs with a large size standing shower. Beautiful custom cabinets in kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Just added a new 680 sqf. composite deck, complete with patio furniture. There is a fully equiped free-weight gym available in the garage, available for adult use at your own risk. Everything custom in this home with no details spared!! Great location for those who seek the beautiful outdoors with clean air, hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking trails, lakes, rivers and ski resorts all nearby. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for walks, jogs or running; only 14 miles from beautiful, scenic road from I-80. $200/night (2 nights minimum) for up to 4 adults (children age 6 and under
are free), additional adults $25 each, children(7 and older)$15 each, per night.
A $250 deposit required within 7 days from booking to secure your reservation.
This convert to a refundable damage deposit upon receipt of the full payment.
Full balance, tax and $100 cleaning fee due 14 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellations 30 days prior to check-in will be honored with a full refund.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in will loose the deposit;unless it's booked
US issued Checks,Cashier's checks,Money Orders,accepted for deposits and payments.
