The property consists of a main villa with an independent wing and a guest house (smaller groups may rent the villa without the guest house), making it ideal for family reunions or getaways with friends. The villa is built in the typical Tuscan style, using local stone. Its architectural structure is a wonderful integration of natural materials and carefully selected details, and the lush interior decor features a range of antiques and deluxe furnishings. The stylish and sophisticated atmosphere is complemented by fantastic views of the nearby vineyards.
MAIN VILLA
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main villa. On the ground floor, the drawing room features a cozy fireplace and an entertainment center with TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area that leads to a patio—ideal for eating al fresco amidst the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. Upstairs, a spacious living room makes an ideal gathering spot and features a gaming table. There is one king bedroom with an en suite bathroom that has a small tub with handheld shower, and a queen bedroom that has a private bathroom with shower and a dressing room.
INDEPENDENT WING
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the independent wing of the villa, each with their own independent entrance. The first entrance opens onto the Junior Suite, which features a queen size bed, open kitchenette, breakfast table, and a private bathroom with shower. The second independent entrance opens onto a spacious queen bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the charming roof terrace.
GUEST HOUSE
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the cozy guest house, which faces a beautiful vineyard. The Junior Suite features a queen size bed and a bathroom with tub with shower. There is also a queen bedroom that has a private bathroom with shower. There is a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchenette, and a patio perfect for lounging or dining under the Tuscan sun.
