This large Coronado Village residence is your perfect vacation home. It is located two blocks from the San Diego bay, golf course and park, and an easy walk or bike ride to the famous Coronado beach.
This spacious home gives you lots of room to move.
Downstairs you have the kitchen, a living room, a dining room, one bedroom and entertainment room. The kitchen has modern appliances, and everything you would need to make your own wonderful meals. Watch TV while you cook! It has a wrap around island and a breakfast table that can seat up to eight comfortably. The adjoining patio off the kitchen has a barbecue, patio table, umbrella, patio couch and table and an outside heater for those cool nights. The entertainment room with TV and surround sound, has a brand new wrap around couch with a queen pull out sleeper. Get on the stair master while you watch TV, if you want to stay in shape during your vacation. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with it's own private entrance. The living room has a piano, fireplace and adjoins to the dining room with a formal table for eight.
Upstairs you have another living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, big screen TV, DVD, TiVo, and casino bar to play cards, roulette or craps. Off this upstairs living room you can step out onto a large deck to enjoy the view of the beautiful Bay Bridge. This is a great place to read the paper in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea. Walk down the hallway to the remaining three bedrooms and bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a deck, another bedroom has a full size bed and the last bedroom has two twin beds with it's own walk out deck.

Our family was priviledged to stay in this lovely Coronado home for our daughter's wedding and it proved to be the perfect setting for an amazing week. The home is very quiet, spaceous, clean and well stocked, and it is within walking distance to most of Coronado. The house had room for everyone to have quiet time when they needed it and yet there was still lots of room for us to be together enjoying games, movies or sports, and just visiting. In particular the guys enjoyed the gaming table upstairs, which allowed them to play blackjack, craps, and a host of other games, while they watched the big screen TV. With two bathrooms on each level there was no problem accommodating everyone. The kitchen has just about anything you could possibly need. In fact, the day after the wedding our son, who owns a catering company, cooked a wonderful dinner for our extended family (about 18 people in all) who came to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. In all, it was an amazing week. The best part was getting to know the owners, Ron and Tanya. They were not only accommodating hosts but we found they are both incredible people. We would certainly recommend this home to anyone.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family had a wonderful time at this house. The owners were GREAT. We got to Coronado early and they let us occupy the house. They were very helpful from the booking process to our departure. The house was great for large family vacations. The location of the house was PERFECT! We were able to ride bikes all around the island from the house. We would definitely stay here again :)
