* Primary renter MUST be at least 18 years of age..Age Verification Required.
* No more than 10 person occupancy
* ALL WEEKLY RATES ARE FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE. ADD $25/person/week. Montly rates are for up to 4 guests additional $100/person/month per additional guests.
* All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $200/Group/week during Summer & Spring Break, Additional $100/Group/Week at most other times of the year. Full rates are listed at our web link (listed below "Links to more information").
THESE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED and monitored by Alternative Beach Rentals...failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit..at owners discretion
* A $250 - $500 REFUNDABLE Deposit to reserve unit.
* Minimum age 21 to rent, however, Groups under 26 years of age have a $1000 REFUNDABLE Deposit.
* Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date. There is a $50 cancellation fee regardless of time. No shows will be charged one weeks rent.

This house was in an excellant location and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and our poodle enjoyed the area rug at the foot of the bed! The pool was used the last two days, as the weather was a bit cool in October. Very private yard to relax, grill on the pit, and lounge in the sun. We enjoyed taking the electric car through the wooded areas to go shopping at Pier Park, as well as exploring the nature trails that were located in the vicinity. Very seldom did we have to use our car, except to go and stock up on Red Snapper and shrimp at Captain Anderson's to bring back with us. We will definitely stay here again upon our return to Panama City Beach.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.

Hot Tub, Sun, great accomodations and owners very eager to make stay as pleasant as possible and willing to make modifications to help my wheelchair bound husband. We were so pleased with home. Located so close to Pier Park shopping was easy. Wish it was a bit warmer, but hey, it is February. Can't wait until next year and retirement to stay longer!
