Accommodations: Beach House - 4 Bedrooms - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 10)

Front of House - Grand Strand - Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals This one owner new home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, or use the gas grill located at the parking level. The house features hardwood floors/tiled floors and has flat screen TV's in every room. The house will accommodate families, couples, golfers, or just vacationers. Towels and linens are not provided. A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded after a 14 day checkout period, provide their is no damage to the house. The house must be cleaned before leaving. Cleaning can be provided for $200. Payment for rent must be received 60 days in advance of the date of check in. Notification of cancellation must be received within 30 days of check in and is subject to a 5% penalty of the total amount due. Rental dates are from Saturday to Saturday.
