5th Floor (Top Floor) center unit offers great Ocean views from the Living room, Master Suite, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Balcony. Perfectly located between the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jons. The complex is within walking distance to may great restaurants! Close to many local attractions including Kennedy Space Center & Port Canaveral and only an hour from all the Disney & Universal Parks in Orlando. This spacious and comfortable 1,236 square foot condo will be the perfect place for your vacation or winter home.

In October 2008, this unit was completely repainted and recarpeted.

Both bedrooms have King beds and the 2nd bedroom could be split into 2 twin beds if desired. The 2nd bedroom has views of the Indian River with great Sunsets. A sleeping porch is being decorated and will be available soon.

The HEATED pool is beautifully landscaped and is a great escape from the Ocean when a little more privacy is desired. There is also a large clubhouse for various activities and group gatherings. Daily Room Service is available is desired. Cost is based upon services provided, please contact me for information.
