This home is absolutely beautiful!! When you pull up to it, it doesn't seem like much, but as soon as you open the door, WOW, we were pleasantly surprised. The back walls are floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the canal. The house is spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of home. It easily suited my family of 7. The back dock was exciting to sit out on as we saw dolphins jumping within 40 feet of us. I must say a big thank you to Brett and his family for allowing us to rent his property at the last minute and for only a few days. When my son was asked to step in for a player in a lacrosse tournament, we needed accommodations fast and Brett came to the rescue. I only wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the on-site activities, such as the pool, hot tub and fishing dock. I would highy recommend this rental home to anyone wishing to visit the New Port Richey, Clearwater, Tampa Bay area, as all are within close driving distance. Tracey Printup ~ Niagara Falls, NY

A big BIG thank you to Brent and family for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. This family saved our vacation by allowing us to rent this home on a moments notice. We had prepaid our stay at another rental home that turned out to be a nightmare with broken air conditioning. When I spoke to Brent about our situation he kindly chuckled and gave us directions to his home and said I think you will be pleasently surprised and pleased when you walk through the door of our home. What an understatement, this home was breath taking! When I looked around the home and the grounds I almost could have cried in relief and joy knowing our rental nightmare was over. The home was so clean and inviting and comfortable. The lanai provided an additional huge space of outdoor living. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee over looking the water seeing an occasional dolphin swimming right at the boat docks. The pool was used daily and felt wonderful. My husband and I fished off the docks and had a blast catching all kinds of fish. My husband even caught a huge Sting Ray...you don't see those in Illinois! It was quite fun. Brent and family have apparently put a lot of thought into this home because all the comforts were there. Beautiful updated appliances of all kinds. The spacious king size bed in the master bedroom made for a fantastic nights sleep. There was even a pool table that we shot many games of pool on after a day full of swimming and sight seeing. The area was full of very nice people, even the neighbor was kind and welcoming. The area offers endless choices of restaurants and shopping. I can't express our appreciation towards this family enough. The house was truly a joy to stay in. I highly reccommend this rental home for anyone looking to relax and enjoy all the comforts of home. We took many pictures to help us remember the wonderful time we had on this vacation. It was sad to leave our new bird friends that visited us daily on the docks. They turned my husband into a softy as he hand fed them his live shrimp he was supposed to use for fishing bait. Every evening they returned at the same time for their free Shrimp dinner, smart birds! Thank you again for opening up your home to us and saving our vacation! Blessings to you and yours, Eric & Lorri Illinois

The home is a home away from home. Everything you need is here. It is a great get together location. The community is stocked with a private beach, boat ramp and the most friendliest people you will ever meet. Steve and leigh were very helpful. They were very easy to get in touch with. Would stay here again. Lori and pete 01/09
