Spectacular set up and views with ground level living right on the water! Many homes boast of water with 50 or 70 feet of waterfront, very very few provide nearly 270 degree view of water with 172 feet of waterfront! Topping it off, everything is on one level. Due to specific location, we get a very high number of dolphin's right in front of the house swimming back and forth along the seawall fishing!!
We do everything possible to make you "at home" in our home. Enjoy the pool located just a couple feet outside any of the 7 sliding glass doors or relax on one of the two docks just beyond the pool. During breakfast, watch for dolphins or manatee right out front. During the day, you could play in the warm gulf water at the private beach (grills and cabana's provided). In the evening, enjoy cooking in this spacious, well equipped kitchen.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Rent a pontoon boat, and take it to the Sandbar or Anclote Key for a day of shelling, fishing, snorkeling or Dolphin Watching.
The Master bedroom has fabulous views of the water.
Docks for boating and fishing with direct gulf access and no bridges. Community golf course. FREE BEACH PASSES INCLUDED.
Ninety nine miles to Disney and Orlando attractions and 50 minutes to Busch Gardens and Tampa attractions. Minutes to golf, shopping, beaches and gambling boat casino. Thirty minutes to Tampa and Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airports. Thirty-five minutes to Hard Rock Casino.
The "SPONGE DOCKS" in TARPON SPRINGS are just 15 minutes south. The town offers gift shops, antique stores, boat tours and "GREEK CUISINE." Check out downtown New Port Richey.

We rented this house for 11 days and we had a great time. This house has everything that you need for a perfect vacation and it looks exactly like on those pictures. The pool, of course, was the best. My kids loved playing at the pool more than on the beach. The views from the house are really spectacular. The only dissapointing thig was that we didn't see any dolphins or manatees swimming by the docks but we saw many beautiful birds. We didn't care much about the private beach, its not that pretty. The beach that you should definetly spend some time at is a Howard beach, about 20 minutes drive from the house. It is a true hidden gem, it's not crowded, has many, many palm trees, white sand, calm warm water and a beautiful park near by. It took us 2 hours to get to Orlando and about 40 minutes to Clearwater beach. Once you see Howard beach, you will not care about spending time at Clearwater beach. This house is great for children but you have to constantly watch over them because there is no gate between sitting area and pool. Our 18 month old was constantly running toward the pool and we just wished there would be something that we could place between lanai and the pool. But if you have kids that are little bit older, it is a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and area around the house is georgous. We felt like we were in paradise. The owners are very nice to deal with, they answered all our questions before we left for our vacation and they have a very nicely put book in the house that has all info that you need for your stay. We would definetely recommned this house to everybody and we give this house 5 stars. This home is absolutely beautiful!! When you pull up to it, it doesn't seem like much, but as soon as you open the door, WOW, we were pleasantly surprised. The back walls are floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the canal. The house is spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of home. It easily suited my family of 7. The back dock was exciting to sit out on as we saw dolphins jumping within 40 feet of us. I must say a big thank you to Brett and his family for allowing us to rent his property at the last minute and for only a few days. When my son was asked to step in for a player in a lacrosse tournament, we needed accommodations fast and Brett came to the rescue. I only wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the on-site activities, such as the pool, hot tub and fishing dock. I would highy recommend this rental home to anyone wishing to visit the New Port Richey, Clearwater, Tampa Bay area, as all are within close driving distance. A big BIG thank you to Brent and family for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. This family saved our vacation by allowing us to rent this home on a moments notice. We had prepaid our stay at another rental home that turned out to be a nightmare with broken air conditioning. When I spoke to Brent about our situation he kindly chuckled and gave us directions to his home and said I think you will be pleasently surprised and pleased when you walk through the door of our home. What an understatement, this home was breath taking! When I looked around the home and the grounds I almost could have cried in relief and joy knowing our rental nightmare was over. The home was so clean and inviting and comfortable. The lanai provided an additional huge space of outdoor living. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee over looking the water seeing an occasional dolphin swimming right at the boat docks. The pool was used daily and felt wonderful. My husband and I fished off the docks and had a blast catching all kinds of fish. My husband even caught a huge Sting Ray...you don't see those in Illinois! It was quite fun. Brent and family have apparently put a lot of thought into this home because all the comforts were there. Beautiful updated appliances of all kinds. The spacious king size bed in the master bedroom made for a fantastic nights sleep. There was even a pool table that we shot many games of pool on after a day full of swimming and sight seeing. The area was full of very nice people, even the neighbor was kind and welcoming. The area offers endless choices of restaurants and shopping. I can't express our appreciation towards this family enough. The house was truly a joy to stay in. I highly reccommend this rental home for anyone looking to relax and enjoy all the comforts of home. We took many pictures to help us remember the wonderful time we had on this vacation. It was sad to leave our new bird friends that visited us daily on the docks. They turned my husband into a softy as he hand fed them his live shrimp he was supposed to use for fishing bait. Every evening they returned at the same time for their free Shrimp dinner, smart birds! Thank you again for opening up your home to us and saving our vacation! Blessings to you and yours, Eric & Lorri IllinoisRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children, girls getaway.

The home is a home away from home. Everything you need is here. It is a great get together location. The community is stocked with a private beach, boat ramp and the most friendliest people you will ever meet. Steve and leigh were very helpful. They were very easy to get in touch with. Would stay here again. Lori and pete 01/09Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners.
