Located on the banks of the White River as it forms Table Rock Lake, is a townhome waiting for you... Just a short 5 miles north of the Eureka Springs Historic District, is the planned community of Holiday Island. That is where you'll find us at 49F Bluewater Drive.
We are a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, townhome built in 2001. There are custom decorated interiors and furnishings that await you. Centrally located between Branson, Missouri and Fayetteville, Arkansas, there is an endless variety of activities for you to enjoy all year round.
There is ample room for your boat trailer, RV or extra cars in your group adjacent to the property. After a full day of boating, just anchor your boat at the bottom of the hill and walk a short 140 steps home for a bite to eat or even a nap.
Activities are abundant year round. Spring and Fall are filled with spectacular colors and summer nights are very cools and tolerable. Winter is a Crystal palace and any snow or ice doesn't stay around long enough to hinder driving.
