This brand new luxury coach home is located in a gated community at Lely Resort. Its beautifully decorated master suite has a king size bed, private bath with whirlpool tub, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. The den has a full sleeper sofa.
The screened lanai overlooks a lake and fountain.
The Players Club & Spa is available less than a mile away. The club amenities include a fitness center, social room, aerobics room, arts and crafts room, card room, media room with computer, billiards room, and theater. Outside, in a tropical setting, are a resort-style pool and spa with a cabana area. It also offers private pool cabanas and a beach area around the pool. Adjacent is a lap/fitness pool set up for water aerobics, children’s tot lot and a private yoga garden. A separate tennis pro shop was constructed to service the seven Har-Tru courts of the tennis complex. Altogether, the site measures nine-plus acres.
In addition to the Player's Club, the community has its own pool and clubhouse within walking distance from the house.
Lely Resort is ten minutes from the beach, 5th Ave. shopping and restaurants, and 40 minutes from the Ft. Meyers airport.
