Sugaree Cottage – Walk to the Beach from Cottages at Camp Creek
The casually sophisticated Sugaree cottage, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is located in the quaint and charming Cottages at Camp Creek neighborhood in Seacrest Beach. The Cottages at Camp Creek is located on the 19-mile Scenic Hwy 30-A in South Walton County, approximately one mile west of Rosemary Beach and five miles east of Seaside. A paved bike/walking path traverses the entire length of Hwy 30-A for your enjoyment.
The community is located a short five minute stroll to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This area of Seacrest Beach consists primarily of single-family homes and cottages, so the beaches are not crowded, which makes for a relaxing and peaceful experience. The sunsets are fabulous, so feel free to grab a bottle of wine and watch the sun disappear over the gulf.
Sugaree is a one-story cottage conveniently located poolside in the small, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. You can easily watch the kids swim in the large 7,500 square foot pool from the comfort of inside the cottage, on the large porch while grilling out.
You’ll find that the comfortable furnishings will make you feel at home on your visit. The fully furnished kitchen has all the conveniences of home and is open to the dining and living areas, all with travertine tile flooring. The living area has a spacious sectional sofa with a queen hide-a-bed for those extra guests. Of course, there is a television/DVD/VCR and stereo for your pleasure.
Each of the bedrooms features seagrass flooring and a television/DVD/VCR for quiet relaxation while taking a break from all the fun. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a private bath with french doors opening to the porch. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin bunkbeds for the kids.
There are fabulous restaurants located all along Scenic Hwy 30-A, and the conveniences in Destin and Panama City Beach are only a short drive way. There is no shortage of shopping and outdoor activities to keep you busy, whether it’s a day of fishing, golf, or a visit to one of the water parks.
