This end unit is so gorgeous the pictures can't do it justice. Totally remodeled in a contemporary style with travertine floors, berber carpets, custom paint and Hunter Douglas window coverings. There are fantastic electronics, great artwork and dimmed lighting throughout as well as Cable and HBO on 5 tvs, High Speed Wi Fi Internet service and FREE long distance nation wide and to Canada.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including all new top of the line built-in stainless steel appliances and custom european style cabinetry. The bar area separating the Kitchen from the dining room has seating for three, custom lighting and a wall mounted TV. The dining area has a glass table with a granite base and custom light fixture. And best of all, a terrific view of the golf course.
Our golf course patio has been extended, tiled and private as this is an end unit with the patio facing east. A built in Viking gas grill gives you a wonderful out door area where you can entertain your friends and family on the lovely and comfortable Brown & Jordon patio furniture while you take in the views of the lake and 12th green of the Challenge course.
The living room also has a great view of the golf course. There is a big screen with surround sound, discreetly hidden behind built in cabinets. All possible electronics with infrared sensors are on a master controller. There is also a wine fridge and bar area. You have custom furnishings throughout the condo. The master bedroom has its own furnished patio, beautiful built ins, wide screen tv and remote controlled cieling fan. Both the master and guest baths are decked out with natural stone. Both showers have multiple shower heads and designer sinks. All towels and linens are first rate. The guest room is also furnished with a designer queen suite, TV and remote controlled ceiling fan.
The den may be closed off for privacy and has a leather sofa bed and a lovely wall unit with wide screen hdtv. The full size desk provides a very comfortable working area with high speed internet service, wireless router, high speed printer and an all in one printer, copier, fax machine. Just bring your lap top.
Palm Desert is in the heart of the Valley, close to everything. And Palm Valley Country Club has everything. The clubhouse is the largest in the desert with a Junior Olympic size pool, 16 tennis courts, and two eighteen hole golf courses. The fitness center and spa is the best you will find and available for a guest fee. Our location is very quiet, close to the club house and across the street from the pool and spa. Our smoke free condo had all new major systems, (air conditioning/heat, water heater, lighting etc.) You will find it to be the best of the best.
Our Platinum membership provides Palm Valley country club priviledges allowing you to play on both courses, every day of the week, as well as tennis, spa and fitness club privileges for just a guest fee. Enjoy!
