This is your perfect beach vacation house. You will feel like you are a million miles away. But really you are only 1 hour and 30 minutes from Chicago and 45 minutes from South Bend. The private beach is right across the street! Constructed in 2002, this home provides all the amenities and comforts for adults and children. With six bedrooms and three full baths, there is plenty of space for your family and friends.
Inside, there are 18’ high ceilings in the great room with bead board. The floors are wide plank maple. The open kitchen has an island with stools and looks out to a large dining room table. Beyond, the great room has a wood burning fireplace. In front, there is a large sitting area with another fireplace. The first floor has three bedrooms with two full baths. The second floor has three bedrooms with another full bath. There are also three cribs on the second floor. Five of the six bedrooms have beds and the sixth bedroom has a crib only.
Outside features a large backyard with a full swing and slide set, outdoor shower, bonfire pit, large deck, screen porch, and several yard games (badminton, volleyball, beanbag toss.) There is also a large gas grill with wonderful places to sit and enjoy dinner after a great day at the beach. The house is equipped with all your beach needs, including chairs and umbrellas.
