If you'd like the convenience of town without all the noise, you'll love our 2 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. We're just one block from the water.
Located at the Kona Pacific, our 1195-square-foot condominium faces south so you get the benefit of the Kona sunshine. We have a small ocean view from the lanai. The Kona Pacific is a beautifully maintained quiet, non smoking complex with reserved underground parking. Unlike many other complexes in Kona, it does NOT have many units that are for rent, therefore it is very quiet.
It is a very short walk to the ocean, restaurants and shops so don't worry if someone takes the car to go golfing...there are plenty of options without it. Our condo has tropical furnishings and a kitchen that is outfitted for the gourmet. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as many ceiling fans, including three on the lanai. The front load washer and dryer are brand new as of March 2010 and are located in the unit.
At the end of your day, relax with your favorite drink on the lanai or kick up your feet and enjoy a DVD on the new 55 inch LCD HDTV in the living room. There is also a second cable TV in the master bedroom. We have tried to make our condominium as complete as possible for your vacation, we even include beach chairs and beach towels. There are super comfortable queen-sized beds in the master bedroom and second bedroom as well as a nice full-sizd sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 3 full bathrooms in the unit, two of which are connected to the bedrooms!High speed internet is in the unit for you to use.
We know you'd enjoy staying in our home away from home as much as we do. The Kona Pacific is a non-smoking complex. Smoking is prohibited on any and all grounds of the property including the lanais.
