You will find a 32 inch flat panel LCD TV and floor to ceiling windows with a breath taking view of the aqua blue waters of the gulf, and overlooks the beautiful 20,000 square foot tropical gardens and lagoon pool area. The patio features a patio table and 4 relaxing chairs. The bedroom has a flat panel TV, comfortable tropical decor with a King size bed with a beautiful view of the gulf of Mexico. The bunk room includes sleeping area for two and a full bath. Bath towels and bed linen are included. The living area includes a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully supplied. My daughter and I and one of her friends stayed in this condo over New Years 2011! The over all was great! The condo was beautiful and very roomy. I had great contact that abled me to e-mail the owner back and forth which made everything go smoothly. The weather was great , the owner was super nice and the staffwas very helpful. We will stayhere again for sure and might I add the price was great! We had a blast!!! Thank You so much for making our New Year start off so well ! Tracy

Our stay at this condo was great. Condo was clean and had all items that we needed. The only negative comments that i could make were the washer made a very loud noise and wireless internet wouldn't work. I believe these are minor and can be easily fixed by owner, so i would definately stay here again!

Excellent resort; Very Poor owner ethic-numerous confirmation notices were sent to my email in advance stating that ALL paperwk had been received at resort (NOT TRUE!) and paperwork was printed..however paperwk was accidently left but I had all conf #s and pertienent info. After waiting in line to check in I was told that we did not have a reservation. I could not believe it! I gave them all #s and it was the same. Kelly would not answer his # and never did return my call. I had my laptop with me and had to show them my conf. to get in. This took almost 20 min. Talk about an impression for a 1st time visitor!! Never did receive an apology. Will return to resort most definately but NOT in this rental due to check-in experience. The resort was awesome-pool was fantastic and beach view was breathtaking. Great location to everything. All was included in room- was disappt. to see top bunk rail almost broken off, no lightbulb on balcony (we replaced), and internet modem didn't work (had to plug directly into wall).

Great location! Excellent view of the pool area and the beach. The main things that were missing were a can opener. There also was something above the washer and dryer that made a horrible noise if you were sleeping in the bunk area and there were no doors for privacy in the bunk area. The place overall was very clean and welcoming.Very close to elevators and parking garage.

Beautiful condo. The pool area was great for kids. This unit has a great view. We had a good experience. It took about 45 mins. to check-in to the condo since everyone else was also checking in at the same time. The main elevators were extremely slow, but we located an elevator on the other side of the complex that was not used as much. Kelly was easy to contact and responds back in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was so CLEAN. It was decorated and had all the comforts of home. The view was amazing. Best of all, Kelly was wonderful to rent through. He always responded promptly to my phone calls for e-mails. I will rent from him again!!!

This was an awesome room to stay in! The staff at the resort were wonderful, the room was beautiful and the views can't be beat! Another great thing is that this resort is walking distance to most of the "strip" and there's a WalMart up the driveway. Booking was very quick and simple, my emails were returned promptly.

I am pleased to say, once again, we experienced a kind, timely, thorough, and considerate vacation planning. We love Panama Shores and the Patterson Units. The Units are as described and very clean. The staff is helpful, pleasant and friendly. The view, the pool, the front desk assistance, and all the amenities are right there! Thank you Kelly P., for another wonderful winter.
