My daughter and I and one of her friends stayed in this condo over New Years 2011! The over all was great! The condo was beautiful and very roomy. I had great contact that abled me to e-mail the owner back and forth which made everything go smoothly. The weather was great , the owner was super nice and the staffwas very helpful. We will stayhere again for sure and might I add the price was great! We had a blast!!! Thank You so much for making our New Year start off so well ! Tracy

Excellent resort; Very Poor owner ethic-numerous confirmation notices were sent to my email in advance stating that ALL paperwk had been received at resort (NOT TRUE!) and paperwork was printed..however paperwk was accidently left but I had all conf #s and pertienent info. After waiting in line to check in I was told that we did not have a reservation. I could not believe it! I gave them all #s and it was the same. Kelly would not answer his # and never did return my call. I had my laptop with me and had to show them my conf. to get in. This took almost 20 min. Talk about an impression for a 1st time visitor!! Never did receive an apology. Will return to resort most definately but NOT in this rental due to check-in experience. The resort was awesome-pool was fantastic and beach view was breathtaking. Great location to everything. All was included in room- was disappt. to see top bunk rail almost broken off, no lightbulb on balcony (we replaced), and internet modem didn't work (had to plug directly into wall).

Our stay at this condo was great. Condo was clean and had all items that we needed. The only negative comments that i could make were the washer made a very loud noise and wireless internet wouldn't work. I believe these are minor and can be easily fixed by owner, so i would definately stay here again!

Great location! Excellent view of the pool area and the beach. The main things that were missing were a can opener. There also was something above the washer and dryer that made a horrible noise if you were sleeping in the bunk area and there were no doors for privacy in the bunk area. The place overall was very clean and welcoming.Very close to elevators and parking garage.

Beautiful condo. The pool area was great for kids. This unit has a great view. We had a good experience. It took about 45 mins. to check-in to the condo since everyone else was also checking in at the same time. The main elevators were extremely slow, but we located an elevator on the other side of the complex that was not used as much. Kelly was easy to contact and responds back in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was so CLEAN. It was decorated and had all the comforts of home. The view was amazing. Best of all, Kelly was wonderful to rent through. He always responded promptly to my phone calls for e-mails. I will rent from him again!!!

Had a slight misunderstanding with the housekeeping, but once the place was cleaned we enjoyed the 5 days we were there. View was great, condo had everything we needed. Thanks
Owner response:Due to scheduling error housekeeping was late cleaning the unit. We have resolved this issue and it should not occur in the future.

This was an awesome room to stay in! The staff at the resort were wonderful, the room was beautiful and the views can't be beat! Another great thing is that this resort is walking distance to most of the "strip" and there's a WalMart up the driveway. Booking was very quick and simple, my emails were returned promptly.

I am pleased to say, once again, we experienced a kind, timely, thorough, and considerate vacation planning. We love Panama Shores and the Patterson Units. The Units are as described and very clean. The staff is helpful, pleasant and friendly. The view, the pool, the front desk assistance, and all the amenities are right there! Thank you Kelly P., for another wonderful winter.

Booking the condo couldn't have been easier. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The condo amenities were great and the ocean view was spectacular. The condo is conveniently located for anything you would want to do in the area.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The condo was great and well stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool, as did the adults. Very Happy with our stay. Condo was very clean and the view from the 17th floor was amazing. Check in was very easy. Everyone was very friendly.Didn't want to leave. Definately would love to go again.

The condo was beautiful--beautiful view of pool and beach; cleaning service needed to make sure they put all of the linens in the condo. There was not sufficient linen for 4 people. Other than that, the stay was very wonderful--beautiful and convenient. Also, Kelly was a great host and was readily available to answer questions. Very customer service oriented! Thanks for a great vacation!

WHAT A RELAXING VACATION ! VERY CLEAN,LOTS OF SECURITY 24 HOURS A DAY, IN MY OPINION BEST LOCATION ON THE BEACH. AWESOME VIEW FROM THE 11TH FLOOR. FROM THE BOOKING TO THE TIME WE LEFT NOT ONE COMPLAINT EXCEPT IT JUST WENT BY TO FAST.

This condo is awesome!!! The views are just as spectacular as described and everything was like new and very clean...and talk about convenience...it's right around the corner from Walmart and slap dab next door to Pineapple Willy's! We simply loved it so much. We really hated leaving this paradise:(...BUT I'LL BE BACK!

We had a wonderful time in your condo. It was spacious enough for myself and 3 daughters. We enjoyed the pools and the beach every day. It is close to everything; yet on our balcony at night, we could only hear the waves on the beach. Beautiful view. We were only disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was broken. We had a few cloudy, cool days while we stayed and it would have been nice. In all, our stay was nice and we would go back tomorrow if we could.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. I would compare it to my visit to the Southern Caribbean; just beautiful. The condo was more than spacious enough for three adults. The view of the ocean combined with the view of the pool made Panama City Beach even more beautiful than I had ever seen and I have been going now for 50 years! Everything is so new; so nice!

Just returned home from your condo. Was amazed at how much room it had to be a one bedroom. The view was awesome, and felt safe with numerous security guards on duty at all hours. Thank you for allowing us to take a break for a few days. Hope to return soon.
