My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this unit, we stayed in the 9th floor unit and I think it is even better than the pictures! The view of the beach from the balconey is fantastic. It was great to watch the sun come up in the morning.. The decor is great it was very relaxing. Denise is great too, she answered all of my questions very quickly and was very postive to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

When I first made the arrangements, the property owner was very friendly and hospitable. However, when I asked one week prior to our departure if I could get the security and welcome information, I was chastised for asking. The condo was ok, on the beach as described, but the bathroom is outdated, and the shower water sits in the windowsill where there is rust. The patio is like a cave, with uncomfortable furniture. I would never rent this unit again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

I have stayed in this unit on several occasions , You get a nice little bonus room so its like almost a 2 bedroom ! The view is great and the value with the additional bonus room is fantastic , The condo also has a nice pool . Sandestin is the place our family loves to go on vacation .

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This condo was just as described!!! Very nice and great view of the Gulf!! Would definately stay here again and hope to soon. Thanks for everything!!!

We spent our wedding week/honeymoon in your condo. It was amazing...perfect for our needs! Beautiful condo and resort. Absoluelty loved the views. Couldn't have asked for anything more! We will be back! The worst part was having to leave...just like the sign in the kitchen says..."Paradise Found"..thanks so much!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this unit, its located on the 4th floor and not a far walk from the elevator!! The proximity to the beach is ideal and the ammenities were great. The decor is beautiful, subtle tones...very relaxing making for a peaceful environment, with no clutter! I especially enjoyed waking up to the beach view. The balcony served as a great start and finish to our day watching the sun come up with a fresh cup of coffe. As far as location, we love the Sandestin Resort area its not over-populated. This unit is great for couples looking for a quiet getaway...or for a small family of 4. We'll definitely be back in the Fall!

We just spent three nights at this condo and we LOVED it!!!! It was perfect for our family of four. Our boys 4 and 6 years old, loved having their own room, we loved the balcony and the view. Loved the room! It was clean and airy, decorated nicely and literally just steps from the beach. I've stayed on the beach numerous times and this one was the closest! We loved the end unit because we also had fabulous views of the golf course and other bodies of water (ponds and Bay area). We opened all the blinds as soon as we arrived! The tram system was a welcomed break from driving, and very reliable! We visited the shops at Baytowne Wharf, JoLee Island and just browsed around the different areas. Our trip was last minute and Denise was very helpful in accommodating us! We certainly hope to return to this rental. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough nice things about the owner of this beautiful condo. My husband and I went to Sandestin for a long weekend on October 17th. The owner worked with us and responded immediately to my emails. They even helped us try to set up our family reunion for the summer of 2009. A wonderful place to stay with wonderful owners and staff. Thank you. Helen

We were very impressed with how nice, clean and well decorated your condo was. All of the windows made it that much nicer. Good size for 2 people or family with small children. Beautiful view from balcony of beach, pools and landscaping. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added convenience as well as the big ice machine on the first floor. We would recommend highly.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. The view was wonderful. Even though it did rain most of our visit, we were close enough to shopping and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We will most definitely stay again. It was so nice not checking in and just being able to go on to the room. I love that is so convienent to the beach and the beach chairs in the room was so nice.

We stayed in the condo the week after the 4th of July. Condo was very nice - beautifully decorated and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The view was great. Very quiet at night. Loved the resort and the free bike rental for 4 hours a day. We also enjoyed a day of golf. Owners/managers are very organized and made everything easy.

The unit was awesome!! Great location and you can't ask for a better spot than staying right on the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! The free amenities are plenty and you literally don't have to leave the resort for anything. The unit is perfect for a small family or 3 to 4 friends. I definitely plan on a repeat stay at this location.

My wife and I visited Sandestin for the first time during Spring Break – April 08. The resort is spectacular, and this unit is the prefect location for taking it all in.The view of both pools, the beach, sunset, and beautiful grounds is picture perfect. You are high enough not be bothered by noise, but not so high it feels distant. The room is absolutely gorgeous. It is just right for two but roomy enough that four could stay comfortably. The amenities are great and the unit is well furnished. We especially enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. The owners communicate well… there were no problems… the location is great… it was a wonderful vacation and a fabulous place to stay!

My boyfriend and I drove down to Sandestin the week before Memorial weekend. We had such an amazing time at the resort and especially in the condo. We thought that the pictures did not do the condo justice and that when we walked in it actually surpassed expectations, which is really hard to do! The furniture was all very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and see the ocean view from the bed. We also really liked how stocked the kitchen was with equipment. We cooked three dinners that week and sat out on the large balcony. The unit has a flat screen tv, which was really nice too. Also, the beach equipment was great! We brought two beach chairs with us, but left them in the car because we liked the ones in the condo better. Overall, we had a great time and would definately recommend this rental. We have already talked about planning a trip back next year and would rent this unit again!
