What a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the Plum Cottage. It is exactly as described in the listing and immaculate. The cottage is equipped with everything you might ever need. Unfortunately, the weather was cool and we were unable to enjoy the great deck and the beautiful yard but we will be returning. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown. We will definitely be recommending the cottage to any of our friends or family if they are travelling to Kalispell.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in this lovely house. Kathy the owner was very accommodating due to some unexpected changes to our plans. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated and well equipped, all the way down to an endless supply of firewood for the fireplace. She has thought of every need her guests may desire. We would highly recommend and know we will be return customers. It does have a nice deck and creek running by the property. One of our better VRBO finds.

Plum Cottage is a delightful home for a visit to Kalispell: charming, warm, and welcoming. Each bedroom is well-appointed, the linens are wonderful, and the home is clean and fresh. The view of the mountains is gorgeous! We enjoyed the fireplace, the well-stocked kitchen, and the serene setting. The owner left fresh flowers for us, a welcoming note, and phone numbers to call if we had any problems (which we did not). Close to town, yet away from noise, Plum Cottage is a great place to stay.

What a lovely place! Plum Cottage was a delightful, clean, comfortable haven of rest for us during our Kalispell visit. We enjoyed the frosty winter views of the mountains from the coziness of the cottage. What a surprise it was to have deer sightings right outside in the neighborhood. Loved the hikes to Lone Pine State Park, too.

This house is so tastefully decorated and clean, tucked alongside a creek. It is as beautiful inside as out. The views are breathtaking, and as soon as we all walked in we felt as if we were home.

What a perfect home away from home! Everything you might think you need is here, from band-aids to teabags! It's a perfect place to base from. We day-tripped to Glacier, Tally Lake, Flathead Lake/River, and more.

We brought our family here for a short break and had the perfect time! My 18 month old daughter had a great time, playing and exploring the garden and watching the birds and wildlife that live right in your back yard. It was my wife's first trip to Kalispell and plum cottage offered everything we could have wanted and more, very clean, convenient for local shopping, a short trip to all amenities and perfect to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. We just didn't want to leave! Kathy was extremely helpful and friendly dealing with our many enquiries and questions about the cottage and surrounding area. Kathy is a credit to Kalispell hospitality and she really does go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! We wil be back again real soon to our new 'home away from home'.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in beautiful Plum Cottage with our 7yr old and 9 mth old. My Mum and Dad travelled all the way from Scotland to enjoy Kalispell too. The cottage is extremely spacious, very clean and the attention to detail makes it feel like home from the moment you walk in the door. Communication with the owner was excellent, the information binder in the cottage is full with every question we could think of covered. Dad loves to golf and played Buffalo Hills in Kalispell and Meadow Lake in Columbia Falls and said Meadow Lake was one of the best courses he had ever played!! As a family we visited Flathead Lake and spent some time in Wayfarers State park on the edge of the lake. We drove over going to the sun highway in Glacier National Park - just breathtaking. We spent a day at Big Sky Waterpark and according to our 7yr old it was awesome. I would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to families with young children, we really didn't have to do anything to baby proof the place as it has such an open set up and there is a door that can be closed to keep the baby and the stairs seperate!! The only downside to our stay was that it wasn't long enough we didn't really get a chance just to have a day chilling out 'at home in the plum'. We will definately be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plum Cottage. You left nothing undone to make our visit perfect. It's so welcoming and attractive and has all the comforts of home--but not the clutter. The house is tidy and as clean as can be. How we enjoyed our time relaxing on the deck! It's nice to sit out there--to hear the songbirds and look at the creek, fields, horses and beautiful sunsets. We even had a deer walk through the back yard one afternoon.

My Dad and I wanted to have a quiet father and son get away and got lucky when we stumbled upon Plum Cottage! It is the perfect home away from home and we had a really great time enjoying the wildlife in the backyard and being so close to Kalispell, we didn't have to go far to get supplies, eat out or see some of the beautiful scenery. Kathy was so welcoming and helpful with all of our enquiries. The cottage is spotlessly clean and easily accomodates a family, with my Dad unable to easily make the stairs, the downstairs bedroom was invaluable. Things were so perfect that I can wait to bring my family back here in a couple of months. Thanks for making us so welcome Kathy!

Our family has just returned from our stay at Plum Cottage (Jan. 15-17). It is the second time we have been there. It is very clean and comfortable, and has everthing needed for a home away from home. The cottage is delightfully decorated. Our granddaughter calls the upstairs bedroom "her Anne of Green Gables Room." We have always found a bowl of fresh fruit and a welcome note from Kathy. Plum Cottage is a wonderful place to relax. We look forward to staying there again.

We were lucky to have found the Plum. What a perfect location for trips north to Glacier, Whitefish, and Canada as well as south to Bigfork and Flathead Lake. Lone Pine State Park was loaded with deer and was a convenient hike to start the week before more adventurous ones in Glacier. The house is immaculate, and I already miss the deck as we prepare to leave.
