When I travel to Palm Springs I normally stay at resort. This time I thought I would try something different and found a wonderful suprise. This condo was recomended to me by a friend and what a great find. It had all the qualities of a 5 star resort with out any of the attitude that you can run into at times. The condo was gorgeously appointed with great furniture, beautiful artwork, luxurious towells and bedding and a great "adult pool" just steps from your front door. Couple this with a nice patio, mountain views and a kitchen to stock your adult beverages you have the makings of a wonderful getaway. I am not a fan of having to get in a car and drive when i am on vacation...and I didn't have to. This condo is centrally located to everything you could possibly want, casinos, night club, restaurants, shopping....all just steps away. It was absolutely perfect! I could not have asked for a better spot for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The next time I visit the dessert (which will be soon) I will definitely stay here. No more hotels for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is right outside the door of the condo and was nice and warm. I loved walking around the resort in the morning, taking in the mountain views and the fruit trees. The condo itself is wonderfully appointed and very clean. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Beautiful location with a fabulous mountain view & private patio for morning coffee or for watching the sun set. Well appointed condo with all the ammenities -super clean and only minutes from the down town area. We would highly recommend this condo and will be going back next spring.

What a wonderful place located right next store to the Spa Resort Casino. The entire experience was wonderful from the management company and owner interaction to the unit itself. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, located right next to the pool,and it created a wonderful mental health break. While we didn't use the kitchen, to cook, it was beautifully stocked, a walk across the street and there are great places to eat in the casino, and a very quick car ride you are in the heart of Palm Springs. If your there on a Thursday night, check out the street faire on Palm Canyon Drive. The complex is beautiful and quiet, and everytime we walked into the unit, the artwork welcomed us home. I look forward to being a guest again!

This property provided a perfect romantic getaway! The large suite was super clean, luxurious and very cozy. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need to cook a full meal including a gas grill outside on the private patio. There's a refreshing pool and jacuzzi just a few steps away. Location was perfect... close to downtown Palm Springs. We easily walked to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this suite to anyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the resort location is perfect as I was working at the Convention Center and was able to walk to the Casino and Downtown. The patio is great for drinking morning coffee as the early sun hits the mountains, once I pulled myself out of that wonderfully comfortable. The property has all the amenities you could ask for in a suite. I'm actually looking forward to my next trip back to Palm Springs, so I can enjoy this unit again.

My husband and I were looking for something upscale, warm, with beautiful mountain views that we could watch while sipping wine and relaxing into the Palm Springs tempo... We never expected to find a place so perfect - except perhaps at one of the expensive local hotels. The Owners not only live up to their promise as described on VRBO ... they exceed it with the fine photographic art on every wall... the deluxe ammenities... and the security of staying in a private, gated resort -- literally 3 minutes walk from 'downtown'. We will be back in the Fall, as soon as we can find a long weekend to get away! Thank you, Kelly.
