This GROUND FLOOR GULF FRONT CORNER UNIT in the "Catalina" tower is the perfect "getaway" for family and friends. The private tiled patio gives you outstanding views, and easy access to pools, hot tubs, and the popular porch swings along the sidewalk. Beach Club is a gated resort with its own restaurant, deli, palm bar, convenience store, ice cream and coffee shop. Once you arrive there is no reason to leave.
The children will love the grassy area in front of the condo for running and outdoor fun. The condo is child friendly, and delightfully comfy with bright cheery colors. The kitchen will delight the cooks in your group with plenty of everything! The bright fiesta dinnerware sets a fun table on the oversized dining table. There is even a small table and chairs for the little ones. (Our little Maggie thinks it is pretty special to eat and color at her own table.)
There are actually 2 master suites, one towards the Gulf with its own private full bath, and the other to the back with a private full bath. They both offer sliding patio doors. All bedrooms are carpeted, and the remainder of the condo is tiled. The third bedroom with the twin beds is across from the third full bath.
Enjoy the white sand beach, build sand castles, go shelling,and rent a teak beach chair/umbrella, or bring your own and just relax. Our home away from home is very special to our family. Hope you and yours will build some great beach memories here as well.
We have free wireless intrnet, and free long distance on domestic calls. Each bedroom has a TV, dvd player, the living room TV is a new 42 HD. We updated window treatments with new interior sliding shutters on the sliding glass doors in the master and living area. They offer even better views.

This ground floor unit is perfect for families. There is a wonderful grassy area in front for kids of all ages to play. The condo is very nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely be back to stay in this unit!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Loved this condo! Perfect size for our family of 5. Kid friendly and we played kickball the whole week on the beautiful grassy lawn in front of the condo. Such an easy and relaxing vacation. No stairs or elevators and still a fabulous view! Can't wait to schedule our next trip to this exact spot.
