Our townhome was built in 2007 in the upscale community known as Breakwater. It is located east of Highway Route 1 just outside the historic town of Lewes, Delaware and near the state's largest park that has numerous activities for all to enjoy. A few miles to the south is "the nations summer capital" - Rehoboth Beach, DE with it's popular boardwalk and sandy beaches. Our community is at the head of the Lewes - Rehoboth bike trail and you can enjoy two pools, a fitness center and outdoor kitchen with grill throughout your stay!
The townhome itself is warm and inviting with hardwoods throughout the first floor and carpeting in the upstairs bedrooms and loft (with laundry room also on second level). Full kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops is ready for your use. Master bedroom has large master bath, soak tub, shower and large walk-in closet. Step out on to a second story balcony overlooking the community and pond with water fountain.
Come, relax and enjoy the resort area, tax free shopping and great fun with your family and friends! (Approximately 1 1/2 hour drive from Philadelphia, 2 hours from Baltimore and 3 hours from Washington DC airports respectively).

My wife and I both grew up in Delaware and love the Rehoboth-Beach area. We have enjoyed renting the home when not using it and have met many wonderful families who have had a relaxing experience at our beach home. It seems to work out well every time!

This was our first time renting directly with an owner, and I did have my reservations. However our experience was super. The owner was great to work with, the home was gorgeous and located in a beautiful community. The pool and fitness center were above all expectations. Hopefully can return to this great property.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
