is a gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, with recently installed Tifeagle greens professionally designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players, playing from 4466 to 6989 yards. GOLF & CLUB INFORMATION
A $238 golf membership transfer fee provides you and your spouse or one other person unlimited golf, ($51 per round in season including cart) and membership to the luxurious private golf club. You may use the other facilities at your leisure, including an aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop. During the off season (May through October) play for cart-fees-only is available at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!
CONDO DESCRIPTION
This immaculate, 1st floor/end condo is elegantly decorated and located on the “elbow” of the dog-legged fifth hole and provides serenely expansive lanai views in either direction across the 5th, 7th, and 8th fairways. Further, every amenity or necessity is provided or furnished, with large TILED FLOORS throughout (including lanai) except for the carpeted bedrooms. Wireless, highspeed internet access is complimentary and cable television is provided throughout, including lanai. The MASTER BEDROOM has a truly fabulous Lexington king-size bed with matching dresser, tri-fold mirror, two night stands, TV with cable and windows overlooking golf course. MASTER BATH is luxurious, with large vanity and double sinks, large shower with bench and large walk-in closet. The GUEST BEDROOM has two twin beds, matching Lexington dresser/mirror and night stand, with a large window providing natural brightness, TV with cable, and spacious walk-in-closet with window. Second bath has full size tub and shower and a fully-stocked linen closet, including beach blanket and beach towels.
The DEN is furnished in Tommy Bahama style décor with convertible queen sized sofa-bed and desk with chair and TV with cable. There is both a FORMAL DINING AREA with solid wood table and seating of six and an eating area off the kitchen which hosts a four seater, glass top table in its nook and a three-seating raised, extended bar overlooking the kitchen. Even the lanai, with glass table with Lazy Susan and seating for five, has TV with cable. This condo was equipped especially for your (and owner’s) luxury, comfort, and entertainment!
The tastefully decorated LIVING ROOM area has a Tommy Bahama entertainment center with TV, cable, DVD, VHS and is opposite the sofa with matching chair and ottoman, two end tables and a coffee table. The bathrooms and kitchen are supplied with all that one would have at home whether it be towels, linens, etc. in both the master and guest bath to appliances, dishes, pots and pans, dinnerware, gadgets, etc., in the kitchen.
