Situated on a private 80 acre peninsula, February Point is designed to provide the perfect haven for those yearning for sunshine, unspoiled natural beauty and the unpretentious ambiance of The Bahamas' Family Islands.
This gated, upscale community is overflowing with activities for those seeking them, including tennis (well-lit for evening play), swimming, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, fitness center, two private beaches, fresh water infinity pool, marina, etc. – all are no more than a 1-4 minute walk from the villa. For those looking for a quiet escape, February Point provides a relaxing, soothing vista for rejuvenation while gentle Bahamian breezes blow away the stress of your daily life.
Enjoy Sea Star’s gracious open living space, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This sumptuous 2,100 sq. ft. two-story stand-alone villa offers unsurpassed views of the beach, Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island from the interior living areas, as well as from both first and second floor wrap-around verandas. With tile and marble floors throughout, Sea Star is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The full kitchen, dining room, living room with tray ceiling, and very large bedrooms all provide incredible views of the enchanting turquoise waters.
The upper floor is complete with 3 spacious bedrooms and a wrap-around veranda. Huge master bedroom with tray ceiling, a king size bed, and a lovely sitting area and day bed, opens through French doors onto the veranda with breathtaking views. It has a full en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower, and double vanity. The first large guest bedroom has a queen size bed, chairs and opens through French doors onto the veranda, also with magnificent water views. Second large guest bedroom offers two twin beds and shares a full sized bathroom.
The Resort has only a very small number of properties available for rent. Visitors love Sea Star given its location on prime beachfront rather than on the nearby coral outcrops (which are great for snorkeling!), and its convenient distance from the shared pool, bar, and marina areas. Also, Sea Star is a single-family structure, providing privacy and serenity.
In addition, this villa features wonderful outdoor living space and exclusive use of a private deck, romantic gazebo and concrete breakwater. Plenty of comfortable chaise lounges and deck chairs invite you to gaze at the ever-changing colors of the blue green waters, or to contemplate the billions of stars in the night sky while listening to wavelets lapping the shoreline. Sea Star is afforded maximum privacy by lush, mature, flowering landscaping. This magnificent vacation home offers all the amenities necessary for a truly memorable experience. When Island Magazine recognized Exuma as “one of the five best islands in the world to live on,” this is the villa they highlighted.
Consider renting a boat to explore Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Crab Cay and the many other beautiful coves and cays only minutes away. The less adventurous can take one of the water taxis to some of the same places, enjoying the local hospitality at one of the beach bars. The crystalline waters of the entire Harbor offer excellent snorkeling. (Elizabeth Harbor is one of the premier cruising destinations in the world.) Enjoy stalking many large bonefish nearby by wading flats or from a boat, either on your own or with a guide. In addition, great deep sea fishing is only minutes away, available by charter. Scuba diving is also available.
The new Sandals Resort (formerly Four Seasons), Golf Course and Marina can be reached in approximately thirty minutes. Greg Norman designed the golf course.
A number of grocery stores in George Town stock all the items you will need for a vacation, but you will certainly want to eat out at the many wonderful local restaurants.
We have furnished and accessorized this villa well for our own personal use, so we are sure you will find everything you’ll need here.
Finally, you can customize your vacation experience. For example, we can refer a local Bahamian cook who will prepare a meal or two at the villa. Need mid-week housekeeping or a babysitter? Would you prefer the fridge and/or liquor cabinet stocked before you arrive? Just let us know. We have a manager “on-island” who will assist you in making sure your vacation is GREAT!

Why the Owner Chose George Town
We purchased a home in this location for its proximity to George Town, its easy access by boat to many nearby cays and the protection afforded by them, and simply because it is a lovely community with many amenities (marina, tennis courts, fitness center, pool, restaurant).

We were introduced to this beautiful part of the world by my husband's parents in the 1990's. We had the good fortune to accompany them on an unforgettable sail from Miami down the Exuma Cays to George Town, Great Exuma. We took a dingy to a great restaurant called "The Bistro" on a lovely peninsula sticking out into Elizabeth Harbor. Ten Years later, we learned that this land was being developed and fell in love with the place all over again and purchased a home here.

...what a wonderful 40th birthday celebration for my husband....None of us had ever been to Exuma and now we can't wait to go back. Everyone is so friendly there...Marilyn from the gate couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. We absolutely loved the location of your villa. It made it very convenient to swing back by with the boat from Minn's to load up. We took a fabulous trip to the Exuma Cays with Ray from Exzooma Watersports.

Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful villa for rent. Our stay was very comfortable. The villa's layout was just perfect for our family. The ocean and sand out back and the chairs... bliss. I can't tell you how handy that great big bath tub was after long days out in the water and sun. The kitchen had everything we needed. Your villa was extremely clean, well appointed and cared for. A fantastic vacation! We loved the house---it was beautifully decorated and generously equipped, especially the kitchen. The view from the bedrooms and living area of the blue water and sailboats is superb. Numerous activities are available including swimming, boating, fishing, tennis and golf only a short drive away. Numerous good Bahamian restaurants close by. The on-site management was friendly and courteous. Hope we can go again soon!.

The "Sea Star" is a beautiful Villa. I would rate this among the top vacation villas we have rented. The Villa itself was nicely furnished and very well maintained. It was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, with large rooms and comfortable furniture and beds. The views from the Villa are spectacular: crystal blue/green water and sand. It also provides a great view of Stocking Island and the many sailboats surrounding it. The location within February point is definitely among the best. We spent much time exploring the water in the bay in front of the Villa. We had easy access to the water just steps from the house, and found the quiet bay to have a lot of interesting sea life.
