Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Beachfront Villa at February Point

  This house is beautiful. It's location is ideal and you can anchor a small boat right outside the house. The small sea wall in front of it provides for some pretty good snorkeling. We even used left over hamburger to feed some of the fish. The house itself is wonderful inside, but even better is that just about anything you need, including washing powder, is there for you. All you have to do is buy food. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining room table is large and the living room is very comfortable. We easily fit 6 people in the house for a week and did not feel cramped. There is a also a lot to do in the bay the house sits on. We rented a boat and explored coves, beaches and reefs around Stocking Island and brought bread to feed fishes at the underground cave. (Don't bring meat into the ocean as you don't know what else you will attract!) I would definitely stay here again! As a bonus the owner and property manager are very easy to deal with.

  My family of 5 , Hubby, kids ages (11,8 & 7 ) arrived @ the Sea Star Villa in February Point on Sunday April 8th. The ride from the airport was quick (no more than 20 minutes) and very easy. We had arranged to rent a car for the week from Shore rentals and it was ready for us at the airport. Once we arrived, the Villa was perfect. We cooked dinner @ the Villa (all cookware is ready to use) as we had pre-arranged with the concierge services to pre-stock the fridge. Everything was closed on Easter and the Day after. Wendy Rowe was very nice, friendly and with lots of information on what to do and where to go in the Island. The Villa is very large with plenty of room for everyone, equipped with everything and very clean. it is truly situated on a beautiful location. The kids loved snorkeling right outside from the back deck and feeding bread to the colorful fish that visit. Did I mention that the villa is beautiful and on a great location ?? We had dinner on-site at the Bamboo bistro one night. It was delicious. We had grouper and Salmon with Crab Risotto. The kids had Pasta with Chicken fingers (so they do cater their menu to them at your request) I must mention that the location is extremely safe, that was something important for me since the little ones were tagging along. Actually the entire Georgetown, Exuma Island is very safe. People are very friendly. There are so many activities we did including Little Exuma, so many beaches we visited... I can't list them all here. If someone would like more information I'd be happy to email them. Thanks Patty for making your home available to us. We are planning a trip for next year with a larger party and hoping to rent multiple villas including yours again. This was a memorable vacation for us and our Children.

  From the moment we walked through the door of this fabulous villa we felt at home. Property Managers Doug & Wendy were very helpful and there within minutes if we had any issues. (Water cooler started leaking & satellite dish needed adjustment due to the winds). Doug was very helpful, knowledgeable and has lived in Exuma for many years! You’ll see him around town! We made arrangements to go snorkeling, with Captain Jerry, an Exuma National Treasure and his boat is right there at the marina! We had everything we needed for cooking at the villa including tons of condiments and HIGHLY recommend the restaurant on property Bamboo Bistro, REALLY GOOD FOOD, Great Service (Suzi is adorable and remembers your choice of beverage) not to mention the ambience, WOW!! We were able to totally relax, reading, enjoying the wind and surf lounging on the many verandas, deck and the Gazebo. We were right on the beach and 3 doors down from the pool, but quite honestly, we couldn’t drag ourselves away from our favorite private spot! The Chaise Lounge Chairs in the Shade!! The temperature was perfect for this time of year, however we did have 4 days of steady winds that thwarted our efforts to go snorkeling sooner, but FORCED this very busy couple who live the rat race in DC to slow down and RELAX…..It was GREAT! Not to mention that the bed was very comfortable, this is a bonus for my bad back. There are no TV’s in the bedrooms, so if you have kids bring a portable DVD player. There’s an outdoor shower for rinsing snorkels and fins and yourself without tracking through the house! Great idea! Thank you, Thank you, Thank You M&M Leasure, for making your property available for others to enjoy!! We will highly recommend to friends! (PS: Don’t forget, they aren’t open anywhere on Sundays, everyone is at church, so plan accordingly, if you are coming in via USA do duty free, remember 1 bottle per adult, not two like other islands. Also, if time go to Santana’s on Little Exuma, they have the best homemade bread and Lobster Salad, on Sundays there’s a pig roast on Stocking Island at the Chat n Chill, really good with a fresh conch salad stand on the beach, this place is awesome for all ages!!) Chillaxin’ in Exuma is the way to vacation!

  ...what a wonderful 40th birthday celebration for my husband....None of us had ever been to Exuma and now we can't wait to go back. Everyone is so friendly there...Marilyn from the gate couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. We absolutely loved the location of your villa. It made it very convenient to swing back by with the boat from Minn's to load up. We took a fabulous trip to the Exuma Cays with Ray from Exzooma Watersports.

  Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful villa for rent. Our stay was very comfortable. The villa's layout was just perfect for our family. The ocean and sand out back and the chairs... bliss. I can't tell you how handy that great big bath tub was after long days out in the water and sun. The kitchen had everything we needed. Your villa was extremely clean, well appointed and cared for. It showed that you take pride in your Sea Star villa. Thank you.

  A fantastic vacation! We loved the house---it was beautifully decorated and generously equipped, especially the kitchen. The view from the bedrooms and living area of the blue water and sailboats is superb. Numerous activities are available including swimming, boating, fishing, tennis and golf only a short drive away. Numerous good Bahamian restaurants close by. The on-site management was friendly and courteous. Hope we can go again soon!.

  The "Sea Star" is a beautiful Villa. I would rate this among the top vacation villas we have rented. The Villa itself was nicely furnished and very well maintained. It was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, with large rooms and comfortable furniture and beds. The views from the Villa are spectacular: crystal blue/green water and sand. It also provides a great view of Stocking Island and the many sailboats surrounding it. The location within February point is definitely among the best. We spent much time exploring the water in the bay in front of the Villa. We had easy access to the water just steps from the house, and found the quiet bay to have a lot of interesting sea life.
