I wanted to say a big thank you to Alexandre for allowing us to stay in his lovely suite at the Fontainebleau but more especially to you for the seamless booking process and excellent communication. We had a fantastic time, the hotel and facilities are wonderful and it seemed we had many more perks than the normal hotel guests such as free valet parking and breakfast in the owners lounge.

We stayed for 4 nights after Memorial Day. The suite is exactly as described but better! It is clean and well maintained. It was a smooth transaction with the Owner and we appreciate the prompt security deposit return. The service and attention that we received from ALL the staff was top notch. We look forward to doing this again sometime! Thanks!

My husband and I had a magnificent time in Miami and especially in the luxurious surroundings of [the owner's] oceanfront suite. The view was spectacular and the hotel staff could not have been kinder. I think we ate at every restaurant in the Fontainebleau and they were all delicious! La Cote had a drink called the French Press with Grey Goose, watermelon and mango- if you haven’t tried it , you are missing out! We also at at Casa Tua and La Osteria del Teatro- incredible! Oh well, you only live once, right? I used the Spa services and they were wonderful. You are fortunate, [owner], to own a piece of Miami paradise and we certainly appreciate your sharing it with us. The whole process was wonderful. You were extremely responsive to my initial request on availability. [The owner] was very gracious in allowing us to switch the date when we were snowed in, and the hotel and suite were fabulous. We flew into Ft Lauderdale, rented a car and arrived at around 1pm. They allowed us to check in early. We ate most of our meals at the hotel and took advantage of the owners suite for our breakfast. The entire staff was exceedingly polite. We stayed on the beach the first day, and the pool the second two days. Kim and I have vacationed to many different places, and I can honestly say it was the nicest pool we’ve ever been to. We saw [celebrities] while we were there which was pretty cool. We worked out in the larger of the exercise room all three mornings. Again, one of the nicest workout facilities we’ve seen at a resort. I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon. The last two years we’ve gone to Puerto Vallarta and Cancun and stayed at high- end places. I would say that I liked the Fontainebleau more! The suite itself was very spacious, clean, well-appointed and had a great view of the beach. Best, Steve

I thought this place was wonderful. It was an excellent value for the money and turned my business trip into a vacation. The owner was great and did everything to ensure that my trip was perfect. In short, I was "over the top" pleased with this rental and will certainly return. Scott K.
