Located in a quiet corner of The Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, our cottage is sure to please.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a water view and from our deck you can wave to the players on the 4th hole of The Links golf course. Offering all the comforts of home on one floor; living room with French doors leading to our bright, Florida room which is great for that afternoon nap or curling up with a good book, a sunny dining room and a full kitchen with modern appliances including a washer and dryer are also available for your use.
Our master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a full bath with a walk-in shower. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 30 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Two TV's, DVD, CD player, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
Cancellation Policy- Outlined in lease agreement
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
