If you want the best, you have found it. Island Tower 2403. The views from our perch on the 24th floor will simply take your breath away.
Our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo (sleeps 9) and is beautifully situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and boasts THE absolute BEST views of the Gulf of Mexico plus views of the Mobile Bay, Oyster Bay and Little Lagoon from every window.
Press the elevator button and your toes are in blissful, white, soft, fluffy, fine, quartz sand. Then, when it's time to head up for the night from the surf and sand, you can watch the sun set from one of two balconies with unmatched and unobstructed views of 4 bodies of water. It is just magnificent. Only 4 units boast these views in our building.
Gulf front pools (both indoor and out), a gulf front fitness center and a private playground for kids in the building, round out the amenities. Our building is low-density as well. Only 3 units per floor.
80% of our renters return -- which says it all. Top of the line furnishings and mattresses also make your stay comfortable. We have our unit packed with things that will save you money while you are here -- from beach chairs, to towels, to spices and cleaners under the sink. We live close-by and use it, so it truly is our second home. Hooks where you need them. Premium linens and towels. Many board games and kids things, too.
This unit was recently professionally photographed for inclusion in a national travel magazine and boasts views that only the west-end penthouse and 3 other units in this building have.
3 bedrooms + pull out couch and rollaway bed sleep 9 comfortably. 2 bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has twin beds, and of course, the pull-out sofa and rollaway twin bed. The Master Bedroom is directly on the gulf side with a tiled balcony and sliders to the balcony and Gulf. Palatial master bath with top of the line fixtures, California Closet, soaking tub and separate shower area. Huge Walk in Closets. Separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Find out what many people are just starting to discover -- the aquamarine blue waters along our Gulf of Mexico with a true southern flair. Gulf Shores, Alabama is a delightful affordable "getaway" into true the true south. Unlike Florida, which is NY in shorts, Alabama offers a relaxed atmosphere, Cajun-Creole cooking and some of the best beaches this country has to offer plus darned nice people, too. It's also delightfully affordable. Short day trips from our beaches include day trips to Fairhope, Alabama -- the Mayberry of the south -- and Mobile, Alabama (a great port city, with much to do). Cruises also leave from Mobile's port weekly.

This is my favorite property that we own. I'd sell the house before our condo in Island Tower. I am blown away by the happiness that I feel each time I set foot in our second home away from home. My husband and I are the first and only owners of this condo. Each morning I awaken to the awesome views of our Island, and our beautiful Gulf, I am happy to be alive.

This was my first experience using VRBO and I cannot say how impressed I am. Dana was easy going and great to work with. The condo was a WOW! What you see in her pictures is exactly what you see when you arrive. And we did not want for anything. She provides the little extras and then some. Everyone was extrememly friendly and helpful and it was quiet and relaxing. We were treated to a double rainbow the afternoon we arrived and the views were incredible. The water was so clear that we could watch several schools of fish swimming along and the dolphins were there every day. The beach was one of the cleanest and safest beaches I have even been on. There was no sign of any oil and no trash etc. Of course what would a visit to Gulf Shores be without a trip or two over to Lulu's. We definitely are planning a yearly return trip. We cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed being at the beach. Your condo is amazing in decor, location, 'creature' comforts and hospitable details. Your heart for others comes through in those seemingly insignificant details. For example: lists of places to eat out and your experience there, phenomenal comfort from the beds themselves, TV, cable, movies, games, and chairs for the beach. Other huge blessings about your condo were the indoor pool, exercise room and to say the least . . .incredible views! Sunset views are amazing!!! Everything we could want to do, see, or shop at was amazingly convenient. Thank you for opening your extended home to us and we hope to be able to return soon!

My husband and I stayed here August 11th through 19th. We just wanted to say thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo for our vacation. It could not have been better! Dana made the rental process so smooth. This condo is outstanding and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We flew in and were unable to pack alot of beach things, but that was not a problem staying here. The condo and all of the items stocked made our trip so relaxing and effortless. The condo had everything; all of the dishes, spices, beach chairs and beach towels that are available for use made our stay so easy. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for several years and have stayed in quite a few condos in the area and I have to say that this one by far is the best. I think the most amazing thing about this condo that you won't find anywhere else; the VIEW it is Spectacular! We enjoyed both balconies in the morning and evenings and the views that both had to offer are amazing. Dana thank you so much for our best vacation and we look forward to staying here again! I would come to Island Tower each day and take photos so people could see what it looked like. We stayed here last year for 4th of July and were hoping to this year as well, but whomever gets to stay here on the 4th is VERY lucky! The panoramic views are amazing and particularly on the 4th! The fireworks barge parks directly in front of the bldg. in the water so you cannot get a better view of the show anywhere in the gulf! The amenities are great and the condo is stocked with everything you need for a fantastic vacation!
