The photo from the Main Patio shows the proximity to the Delta Hotel (on the extreme left) and walking distance to the Okanagan Lake Bridge along the Waterfront. The Outdoor Pool and HotTub for Sunset Waterfront Resort is on the right. In addition there is an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Steam Shower, as well as a Gym and Tennis Court for your use. The beautiful lagoon greets you upon arrival, which separates the Waterfront Resort from the public beach on Lake Okanagan.

The rate is from $175-$375.00/night depending upon the season.
Cleaning Fee $150.00
Underground heated parking is available for $15/day. It is a unique parking stall in the building with 3 concrete walls which protect your vehicle.

A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required and will be held by VRBO and refunded within 10-14 days after checkout.

Beautiful property

Great location. Katie was very helpful with us getting checked in and was available with anything we needed. Condo is very nice and looks just like the pictures. It was quite and beds comfortable.

Nice location and facility, a few “even better if suggestions” ...

Location was great, nice development and reasonable proximity to the lake and activities - but you’ll need to walk a bit, more on that below. Condo is a 1 bedroom with 2nd bed in entryway - stocked with essentials, but quality could be better ... first FOB for garage door didn’t work, toaster burnt toast on all but lowest setting, coffee pot lid was iffy, batteries dead in TV remote, roll-up screen for one window was on the floor when we walked in (broken, needed repair) ... small nuisances but they added up a bit, all easy fixes ... Property manager took care of FOB (FOBs are important - they get you in the building and garage - so important they work well), we worked around the other stuff as we only returned to the unit to shower after swimming in the on-site pool / hot tub (both indoor and outdoor options), change and sleep. Kitchen was fine for in-unit cooking, but we ate out all meals but breakfast as there are many good dining options reasonable close and few grocery stores nearby. As for the walking ... Building is on a waterway that is separate from the beach - so you need to walk around this waterway to either side to get to the beach itself. We’re walkers, so not an issue for us, but could be for some with more limited mobility. As for Kelowna ... this was our first visit and we loved every moment of it. Knox Hill is closeby and a good light hike for near-in views of the town from elevation. Myra Bellevue park is a treat - be prepared for several miles of dirt road, but the hike along the former KVR railway is one of the best we’ve done in the West ... we’d opt for the mountain bike rental option next time to cover more ground. Wineries galore - we stopped at about a dozen of them and were happy to pay the extra duty on bringing them home to the States. The twilight dinner at the Terrace Restaurant at Mission Hills was sublime - gorgeous, gorgeous views, great service, wonderful food. All in all a very pleasant visit to a wonderful and memorable place - and a nicely located flat near the downtown happenings really added to the enjoyment of our visit.
