Perfect location for a great vacation! Located directly on the beautiful beach of Ormond! This 2nd floor unit faces the beach directly -no streets to cross, no side views or buildings or obstructions of any kind.
Relax on the balcony sipping your coffee as the sun comes up over the Atlantic ocean, hear the waves crash and feel the salty ocean breezes - what a way to start the day! The swimming pool is also directly on the ocean so you can hang out by the pool and still enjoy the ocean without getting sandy.
There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your day at the beach. This unit has a queen size Murphy bed and also a queen size sleeper sofa. The studio is approximately 372 square feet not including the balcony. There is a coin laundry on premises.
Pizza Hut is across the street and ABC liquor store is a block away, Publix (grocery store)and some great outlet shopping is a 3 minute drive away. Lots of restaurants & nightlife nearby. Daytona Beach is only 2 miles down the road. Nice inexpensive 2nd floor unit right on the beach.... Life at the beach is good - and even better at this price!
