My daughter and I just spent 9 nights in this lovely condo. We reviewed many properties, but when we walked in the door, we knew we made the right choice! It felt like home away from home. The condo is beautiful in every way. The furnishings and decor are updated and very tasteful. The lanai offers great views with a tropical landscape that is very well-kept. We found the location to be very convenient for all our travels. And we cannot forget to mention Kevin, the owner. He was quick to respond to our inquiries and extremely helpful in planning our vacation. We highly recommend this property and plan to return on our next visit to Maui.

This condo is in a ideal location, there is a view of the ocean and also of the pool and central garden area. The unit is modern, clean, and adequately furnished. We have vacationed in Kihei six times and have found this to be our favorite spot. You can walk to the beaches in Wailea and also can easily walk to restaurants and stores in Kihei. And there is a wonderful beach right across the street.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nicely situated in the complex, close to pool, parking and beach. Great for a family with a young baby as well...quiet and with enough space to spread out. Nice view of the pool and recreation area. Would definitely consider a return vacation

Lovely condo with beautiful view from lanai. The location is perfect, close to the pool and the beach. We have stayed in different condos at Kamaole Sands over the years and this was one of our favorites.

We stayed at Kamaole Sands once before and were pleased, but the location of this unit and the owners' special touches made this an even more wonderful experience. The unit is located overlooking the pool and hot tub area, where the grounds and the birds can truly be enjoyed. The owner was great to deal with, and the unit was the best appointed unit we have ever stayed in. If you're worried about renting something privately, be assured the resort people are extremely helpful. The location of the resort is central to all areas on Maui and easy to get to and from. On this trip we stayed longer than previously and had the opportunity to really enjoy the amenities provided in both the unit and the resort - we hope you get the chance to do the same!

Thank you for allowing me to comment on our trip once we returned home. This condo was just perfect. The pictures are exactly what we lived in for a week. We couldn't pick a more perfect location. This condo offered all the beach needs, all in new condition. The umbrella was just perfect, we didn't realize we needed it for the beach until we got there. The kitchen was stocked with new tableware too. Thank you for providing the extra needs for my family. I personally enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Wailea, so relaxing. Longhi's will always be a favorite of ours. I would (actually already have) recommend this condo to my friends and family members. Joan P.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. The location was perfect. As soon as we unpacked our bags we felt as though we were at home. Preparing meals were so easy for us. The resort was very well maintained the walks to the beach were beautiful. I personally enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Wailea, so delightful. I have just returned from this property with my daughter and her friend. We all loved this property as the view was great of both the ocean and the pool. The pictures are exactly as it is only better when you get there. The overall experience there is amazing. The girls loved the decor of the condo and I loved having my own onsuite bathroom. There were boogie boards for all of us to take to the beach as well as chairs and coolers. Everything was in great shape and not like some places where things are old,torn or outdated. We had a fabulous time and are definately planning a trip back! You will love your stay here. Aloha! Jennifer BC Canada

I have just returned from Kihei with my 12 year old daughter and her friend. We stayed at the Kamaole Sands cond in building 3 #307. We all loved this condo very much, it was decorated beautifully and had alot of extras like, boogie boards for all of us, beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of spices and was tastefuly decorated. We loved that we had a nice view of the ocean as well as a great view of the pool from the lanai. Kamole Sands was a great place to stay for the girls, the grounds were beautiful and close to everything. I would definately stay here in 3-307 again, in fact my family is talking about returning again next year. Aloha!

Just stayed there for seven days the first week of March for a long deserved break. The condo had it all; location, comfort, and very clean. The view from the launi was breath taking. I will be back again and I will recommend all my friends to this condo. See you next year.... Terry and George
