NASCAR FANS! This is your chance to experience all that a NASCAR race has to offer. Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Texas Motor Speedway. One entire wall of our condo is all glass, angled perfectly to give you an unmatched view of the track. Watch from 8 stories up as the cars scream around turn 2 right below you! Two of the windows open on either side of the full glass viewing area to hear all of the racing action. The windows also have solar pull down screens that are see thru. The view from our condominium will take your breath away!
The living and formal dining area provide exceptional seating to view all of the action. The living area also has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. While watching all of the action out the windows, tune in to the television interviews and race simulcasts on the big screen TV. located in the built in entertainment center with complete audio system. Completing the living area is a beautiful wet bar, perfect for entertaining your guests or business associates.
Just off the dining area you will find a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite countertops, beautiful appliances and a breakfast bar island.
Following the stunning ceramic tiled entry hall, you will come to the exquisite master bedroom and master bath. Decorated by an interior designer, this luxurious retreat is a perfect spot to end the day. The guest bedroom across the hall with it's attached full guest bath will help any exhausted race fan to unwind and relax.
Our rental package not only gives you unprecedented views of all the action, but also includes VIP Pit Passes to get you even closer to the drivers and pit crews. With these passes you can access the pit area before each race. Be prepared to take incredible pictures from pit road! Parking passes are also included with the condo rental.

INDY CAR Races .. $5,000/weekend (tickets, pit passes, parking included)
Other Events .. $175.00/night (2 night min) - $250.00 refundable security deposit
NASCAR: WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY
On all rentals: $125.00 cleaning charge
