Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2001
Treesa is a creative and intuitive designer. " I try to imagine what it is like to come to a big exciting city and still feel at home and safe. We all have expectations, especially since LA is often staring in so many TV shows and movies, so I want my guests to feel they are a part of all that is happening- the minute they walk through the front door."
The eye for detail and demand for the best, drives me to meet every anticipated need of our visitors. You will be greeted with wine basket and delicious treats to welcome you.
Why the Owner Chose West Hollywood
This area of West Hollywood has the best of what is offered. In these small cities located in the metropolis, one can feel safe and at home. We are in a quiet part of the town, but are walking distance to what is happening and fun in tis interesting and hip neighborhood. Lots of West Hollywood is about late night bars and clubs, and while they are only a hop and a skip- we enjoy the serenity of the quiet coziness of a small town street and neighborhood. Jay Leno does his Jay Walk segments just up on Melrose- just to show you how eclectic and funny the local color really is.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are so many benefits to our home and area. The lifestyle is soooo LA... grab a latte by walking 2 blocks to Melrose Ave, go to the gym, meet friends just up the street for an organic wrap salad on a sidewalk cafe, watch the celebrities and paparazzi in and out of the boutiques, stop by the Santa Monica boulevard Trader Joe's for amazing gourmet items to make a beautiful dinner by candle light in our home. Surrounded by first quality furnishings and drapes, you feel like you are in a five star hotel.. then go out on the town- just a short cab ride to the Hollywood Bowl or club..all fun. This is what we Angelos get everyday-- come vacation like a rock star!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at 814 Vista for a week this May. Fabulous house in a great location. We enjoy walking and we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. The house was everything we had hoped it would be. We all enjoyed the "Welcome Basket" and used the many menus there to order in. The appointment to detail was great and we would definitely stay here again. Great home Treesa!

We rented this house for 10 days in March. It was just as described, but was a bit larger than we'd imagined. It was nice that pasta, coffee, spices, oil, vinegar...home staples...were casually provided. Sort of like staying in a relative's house! Plenty of pots and pans, plenty of linens. The location was better than we thought. During our 10 days, we walked down to Melrose St. 5 times for dinner - what a relief after days of driving around. The most comfortable place was Blu Jam, the trendiest is called Street. We'd stay here again if we were in West Hollywood. Good job Treesa!

My friends and I loved this home. It has all that you need to have a very comfortable stay, including lots of kitchen supplies, basic cooking items (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cream, etc....) and toilet paper! Many times when you rent a house or apartment, these items are not included. Also, the location of the house is amazing - you are within walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The owner made it easy to check-in, check-out and gave us a whole lot of information about the house and the area. Couldn't have been happier with the rental!

My two teenage daughters and I spent 12 wonderful and relaxing days at this property and are already planning our next visit! After staying at such a spacious and charming home it makes no sense whatsoever to stay anywhere else. It beats any cramped hotel room, that's for sure! From the hi-quality bedding to the huge kitchen and the charming original 1920's details, this place truly has it all! I cannot recommend it enough. Thanks for everything Treesa!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Casa Vista, for nearly three weeks we called West Hollywood home....we were down the street from the best restaurants, clubs, and shopping. Everything in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood is right there...you will enjoy a feeling of home away from home. We will be back. If you are considering staying at Casa Vista, definitely give it a try. We've stayed at a few different hotels in LA and this is a wonderful alternative.

What a fabulous house! We rented the whole duplex for a girl's weekend and couldn't have had a better time. The places were beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the owners were super hospitable (gift baskets?! Thank you!). A few blocks to shopping and eating, I walked everywhere and chilled out on the front porch with a beer as the sun set over Hollywood. Hope to come back soon!
