  • Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Over 300 ft of PRIVATE RIVER FRONT! (Most others have less than 100-ft and are steep). Our beautiful grounds are level NOT steep! Plus, and this is RARE, no neighbors across the River either! The sounds and beauty of the river are amazing and the grounds are unequaled. Deer wander onto the property frequently. Fish from your own backyard! Goats, donkees and horses graze on nearby farms!
  • Mountain View: We have no neighbors across the River, just extensive pastoral lands and "To-die-for" views of the mountains in the cooler months (when the foliage is down). Fabulous scenic River Views are year-round and completely unobstructed.

  • Computer w/ Dial-up Internet: A computer is not provided, but if you bring your laptop there is reliable 50k dial-up access that works very well. For longer stays, DSL can be arranged for a small fee.

  • Kid Friendly: Kids (of all ages) love this amazing country property, with the river, the wildlife and especially the horses, goats & cows on neighboring properties to complete the pastoral setting.
