Villa Nova is a three year old Villa set in a quiet location but easily accessible to the I-4. It is built to a Mediterranean design, with a tiled roof and open living area. All the rooms [plus lanai] have fans as well as air conditioning and/or heat. The bedrooms are carpeted while the other areas are tiled, with mats.
The villa is set is a quiet enclave of 10 houses to the rear of the small estate of Lake Wilson Preserve which has 96 homes in total. It is opposite the very up market area of Reunion and within a mile of Champions Gate. There is a small new shopping area locally with bank, supermarket and pharmacy. A new Mall is a 5 minute drive.
Our pool and decking, while caged, are in the sun until late afternoon and look over the lawn and conservation land with trees and shrubbery. We are not overlooked but do have homes on each side.
The main living area is large with a cathedral ceiling and patio doors onto the lanai. There are 2 two seater and one 3 seater sofa, which converts to a full queen bed. [bedding bundle in house] Also several occasional tables, lamps and rugs, TV unit with TV/DVD. The breakfast bar with 2 stools is to the rear of the room as is the dining area of 6 chairs and a full table.
The two master en-suite bedrooms are at opposite corners to the rear of the property, with views over the pool area and flora beyond. Both these rooms have TV/DVD and clock radio alarms, the one to the right also having a telephone plus the internet modem. There is a hair dryer and hot brush for guest use.
The two twin bedrooms are to the side and front of the property with the front one having a TV point plus direct access to the shared full bathroom, which also opens into the hallway. The hallway has a bookcase with many books, DVDs CDs and information leaflets for your use, plus the information board and folder.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 10, [12 in some areas] and has a small table and four chairs in the nook, near to the garage access. All the laundry and cleaning items are kept in the garage along with the large gas barbecue which must NOT be used on the decking but outside the home areas. Suggest concrete slabs outside of the cage, beside the screen doors.
The pool and deck area are in the sun until late afternoon, where we have 4 sun beds with pads and 2 sun chairs. The pool can be heated for your comfort at $140 per week, but there is a solar blanket which helps to trap the heat from the sun.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Wilson Preserve
We bought off plan and after looking at many, both areas and resales, decided the peace and quiet and the convenince of lake Wilson Preserve, and in particular out little corner, was the place for us. Hope to retire there for part of the year in a year or two.
The Unique Benefits at this
Sitting on the decking watching the wildlife, cranes, egrets, racoons and even an armadillo plus the sounds of the wildlife at night. So beautiful. The Villa also very spacious and cool, unlike the congestion of the SE of England, where space at a premium.
