Stunning light and sunny architect designed apartment, with contemporary high tech style and air conditioning, overlooking the Bank of France and close to the Louvre and Place des Victoires and Palais Royal, on the third floor walk up.
Its ideal for a couple or two adults and up to two children or up to four friends wanting comfort, in a renovated high quality apartment which is fully equipped.
The high tech queen size bed in the sitting room can be folded away in seconds and has a good quality hotel standard mattress. The sitting room has three large windows, facing west with afternoon sunshine and features a very large flat screen TV with DVD and two armchairs.
The kitchen has a designer bar with four stools which is incorporated to the very well equipped kitchen with large work surfaces, state of the art oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and all the neccessary utensils.
There is a large walk in closet with shelves, drawers and hanging space between the kitchen and the small bedroom/office.( Great for storing suitcases)
The small bedroom for two, has a designer "wagons lit" style system that is modular and can be a desk in the day and converted in seconds into two quality single beds each with a quality mattress.
There is a luxury bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, heated towel rail and cupboard space and a mirror with incorporated light fetaure.
The apartment is a real gem being unbelievably close to the very centre of Paris, but very quiet in the evenings and weekends, only metres from the best preserved covered shopping arcade in Paris "Gallerie Vero Dodat".
Restaurants and bistros all in walking distance : Chez Luise, Cafe de L'Epoque on rue Croix des Petits Champs and Hamaika ( tapas bar) or Emile traditional French or Café des Inities modern French, all on Rue Jean Jacques Rousseau.Pls note one of the best Parisen boulanger is on the corner of St Honore and Croix des Petits Champs 150 metres away!!170 rue St Honoré.

This appartment was very comfortable and clean, located just 3 blocks from the Louvre and meto system. It easily accommodated my three friends and me. It is an (american) 4th floor walk up, but the building was very quite. Occasionally we heard the neighbors talking.but never loud. It has a fully equipt kitchen that includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, refridgerator,stove, microwave, coffee maker. The restaurants were a little pricey. so we found a grocery store close by and ate all our meals at the appartment. That saved us money to see the sights and buy gifts for family. The metro system was easy to navigate but found that late afternoon and early evening was very crowded. The two day red siteseeing bus was well worth the money as it takes you to all the major sites with bus service every 10 min. I would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

the location is unbeatable, walking distance to most of the venues! good restaurants, boulangeries, and the staff who administer the property are very reliable. 100 % reccomended.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
