Spacious brand new home on 5 acres in desired Air Force Academy location. Located close to I-25 with gorgeous and expansive views of the front range. Seven minutes from the Air Force Academy, and Focus on the Family Visitor Center. Very close to two public golf courses and Garden of the Gods. 5,000 square foot home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 car garage, 2 full kitchens, 2 family room areas, game room, expansive deck, large play area for kids, hot tub and fire pit.
Home is Colorado mountain style with large windows, vaulted wood ceiling, granite, stone fireplaces, flat screen TV's, outdoor fire pit, hot tub. Every area of home has expansive Pikes Peak views with windows surrounding. Upstairs has very large kitchen with granite countertops, gas cooktop, double oven, large nook, living room,dining room, master bedroom and office. Finished walkout basement includes family room with large sectional couch and TV, 4 bedrooms (2 of which have their own bathroom), game room with ping pong table, and full sized second kitchen. There is a large upper deck with barbeque and patio table and lower patio area with firepit and hot tub.
Colorado Springs is a beautiful city close to the mountains with many activities to do both in the winter and summer. There is a play area for children on the property along with a grassed backyard. We would love to share our home with you to make for a special vacation with family and/or friends.

Minimum 5 night stay required for graduation week, 4 night minimum for other weeks
First half of rental fees are due 90 days from rental arrival date.
Last half of rental fees are due 14 days prior to arrival date.
500.00 refundable deposit required.
