A Spectacular view from every room of this 1300 square foot top floor condo located on the golf course, previously known as Vintage Hills. Large windows face a view of the golf course from every room along with views of Okanagan Lake, Mission Hill Winery, and the club house.
Relax on the large 2 sided balcony or watch the golfers or the boats on the lake. Not seen from the condo but across the road is Tim Hortons coffee & Natures Fair health food. A Shopping area is a short walk. This includes clothing, restaurants, hardware , electronics and more.
Situated in West Kelowna, it is a 3 minute drive to the beach. There is a walking path along the waterfront, picnic areas and beach area including volley ball net and the yacht club. West Kelowna has a semi rural feel but all amenities are within walking distance or a short drive. The condo is tastefully furnished for the home away from home feeling.

My family enjoyed our week at Aria and we have nothing but praise for the condo and its location The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything that you might need. The views from the wrap around balcony are magnificent. The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. We cannot say enough positive things about our time there.Owner response: Thank you for your comment. We pride ourselves in covering every detail for a wonderful stay. It is important to us that our unit meets the expectations of our vacationer.

When we considered an investment we wanted our clients to enjoy what we enjoy every day such as the wide-open views of the Okanagan Lake, golf course, winery and mountain surround.
