No roads to cross in order to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches and glorious sunsets on the west coast of Florida. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sofa converts to a sleeper.

The best part of this house is everything is new and very well decorated and clean. With it being such a short distance to the beach it is ideal for families with children.

Two best friends Ron & Scott purchased this home and completely "gutted"it and remodeled it, so everything in the home is new. Scott & Ron have been friends since middle school and both were raised in Bradenton. Scott's wife Anita is the one who does the renting and cleaning.

We stayed here the last week of May Last year 2010.....I can not tell you how much we loved it. We did a family vacation with both sets of our parents and 2 teenage girls. We saw a ton of wild life from dolphin to manatees. Will stay again...and the owners are the best. This is a great place to stay ...we got everything the listing offers and then some. Thanks The Waltz Family

We had a great time on our week visit. The kids loved the pool and the beach! It was great being so close to the beach and not having to cross any busy streets to get there. The house was very comfortable, it was like a home away from home. We would stay here again without a second thought.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
