Top Floor Condo with SPECTACULAR Ocean and Sound views in beautiful Resort Rodanthe. At four stories tall, we have some of THE BEST views in Rodanthe! Don't want to climb stairs, you say? We have an ELEVATOR. Only 100 feet to the beach on our private boardwalk! Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and ensuite Bath. Second Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds with private access to a Hall Bath. Queen-size pullout sofa in Living Room. Living Room and both Bedrooms have a Cable TV with DVD/VCR. Stereo/CD in Living Room. Fully-loaded Kitchen with ALL NEW APPLIANCES and many extra amenities (grill machine, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, crock-pot, waffle iron, smoothie maker, etc). The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining table has seating for six. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Comfortable, casual, coastal decor. New carpeting installed recently and freshly painted. Large community pool available May 1 through Sept 30. Quiet beachfront community, yet centrally located to all Outer Banks attractions.
We recently updated our condo to make it our home away from home. We have provided many extra amenities for the comfort of our guests. Private, covered deck with table/chairs and a southern exposure with a stunning view of the Ocean, Sound, and Rodanthe village. Another covered deck has a sitting area with adirondack chairs. The Master Bedroom has an awesome view of the Ocean from the bed! Electric fireplace for those cool, romantic evenings. Private boardwalk to pool and beach. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Rodanthe Pier.
We hope you find Rodanthe and Hatteras Island as special as we do. This is the same beach where the movie 'Nights in Rodanthe' was filmed starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane, based on the best-selling Nicholas Sparks novel. Our beaches are consistently rated as some of THE BEST BEACHES IN THE USA! The beaches here are nothing short of pristine. Enjoy!

This condo was very comfortable for me and my 3 sons. The view was very nice, and being beachfront, even in a rain storm, it's nice to hear the waves. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying on the northern side of Hatteras.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental. Check-in is at 4:00PM. Check-out is at 10:00AM.

First half of payment is due when reservation is placed. The remaining half plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Add 6.75% for sales tax. Add 5% for Dare County Occupancy Tax (11.75% total).
A Security Deposit is required for which we offer 2 options - a refundable $500 security deposit OR a non-refundable $65 damage waiver option which is good for up to $1,500 in damages.

About the owner: We've been coming to the Outer Banks since 1982. We rented the same house for 7 years before we purchased our condo. We loved it so much that in 2005 we relocated permanently to the Outer Banks and now reside in the Kill Devil Hills area. You will not be disappointed with our condo. We take great pride in maintaining it and providing our guests with the best vacation experience possible.
Why the Owner Chose Rodanthe:
We love Rodanthe for it's unspoiled, natural feel. The beach is never crowded, even in the middle of summer. Surrounded by water, Rodanthe is a water sports mecca - surfing, boating, jetskiing, parasailing, kiteboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding - you name it, you can do it in Rodanthe. Rodanthe is convenient because it's halfway between Nags Head (great restaurants) and Hatteras (great fishing).
