My husband and I have been to Makaha for three years and found this condo to the best place yet. It has everything that you need and the view from the lanai is spectacular without paying the high price of being on the beach. We highly recommend you visit Makaha and especially recommend you stay here.

WOW, what a treat for the Money! In this whole complex there are only a few units worth staying at(in) and this is one...ONLY lower units have large decks, the upper floors only have a deck thats 2 feet deep. This place is removed from the Waikiki area and quiet and peaceful. The security is top notch and it is sometimes painful to get back in to this compound, but you will feel secure staying here and leaving valuables in the unit... Two swimming pools with jetted tubs make a relaxing evening soak a joy. The units like this one have wonderful territorial views and views of the ocean, lots of the units don't. From waikiki to here takes about an hour by car on average, but rush hour it can take up to 2 hours. This area is mostly residential but minutes from the best beaches on the island. We circled the island and found this area really has as much beach activities that anyone would want. We found water equipment and lounge chairs provided in the unit and used them daily for our outings. You will definitely need a car, but parking is free. (Most other places charge lots for 1 space to park) There are places near this unit to watch turtles swim to the top of the beach to rest and take naps, ask someone where, cause you will never find these places on your own. Would I stay here again? In a heart beat!!! Kindly; ole farts from Salem Oregon...

I really enjoyed the peacefullness at this condo. The mountain ranges were spectacular and the sunsets we watched from the Makaha Beach Park were so colorful. The condo is nicely furnished and we had everything we needed. It was easy to get around to all the sites we wanted to see. I look forward to returning next year.

I loved it here at the Makaha Valley Plantation, every one is so friedly and helpful. I am 71 and was worried about staying by my self but the security was friendly and professional. The condo is a delight to stay in and I enjoyed having the lanai to sit and watch the peacock dance around. The furnishing are so nice and the beds where so confortable I couldn't believe how well I slept. I would definate use this condo agian!
