It is a brand new custom home located in the peaceful and secluded East Meadows subdivision of Kirkwood California. It is located approximately 3 minutes from the Kirkwood Village and ski lifts. Kirkwood provides regular and free shuttle service to and from the East Meadows subdivision. For cross country ski enthusiasts, the home has direct access to the Kirkwood Meadow cross county ski trail and Kirkwood's 80 kilometer groomed trail system.
The home is situated on a half acre lot and adjacent to the Kirkwood Meadow. There is plenty of room for building sled runs and snowmen or having a snow ball fight.
The home is 3,600 square feet and was designed to maximize views of mountain peaks and take advantage of solar exposure. There are many places to sit in the house, get warm, and take in the amazing views.
