This 2 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated condo with contemporary "beachy" furnishings can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests (privacy for 4). When you step into this unit you'll be surrounded by bright tropical colors and you'll know it's time to have some "fun in the sun" or just relax and enjoy the views. Step out onto your large private balcony and enjoy the sound of the waterfall from the pool as you watch the boats and wave runners zip by on Little Lagoon!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom, TV, and balcony access by sliding glass door. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with the second full bathroom in the hallway.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for dining in. This condo has ceramic tiled floor in living room and baths, and carpet in bedrooms.
With all the on-site amenities, you'll never run out of fun things to do. Bring your boat or wave runner as there is a private boat launch and boat docks. The on-site piers are great for fishing during the day or night. If fishing is not for you, just stroll to the end of the pier and enjoy a breathtaking sunset! Enjoy the large swimming pool with gently flowing waterfall and separate children's pool. There's also an outdoor hot-tub to be enjoyed year-round! Bring your racquets and play on the two new tennis courts that are well-lit at night.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet (GSSR) is located about 4 miles down West Beach Blvd, far enough away from the crowded beaches, yet only minutes away from local restaurants and activities. GSSR sits on the lagoon, and is a short walk(200 feet)across the street to the private gazebo and beach.
Gulf Shores has everything you could want for an exciting family vacation or a romantic getaway. There are many activities for the kids including: putt-putt golf, go-karts, Waterville amusement and water park, and the zoo. Check out the new Amphitheatre at the Wharf for great concerts and shows or just enjoy the white sandy beaches and pristine waters of the Gulf.
