Why choose to stay in our townhouse?
You are within a mile of the fantastic Seacliff State Beach. The townhouse has been significantly remodeled with a new kitchen with granite countertops and maple cupboards, new wood floors and nicely decorated. It is a two level end unit with two decks.
From the top deck you can see Monterey Bay with the city of Monterey in the distance. The restaurants and watering holes nearby are wonderful complete with friendly colorful locals eager to strike up conversation. The guest book at the townhouse provides you with lots of suggestions on dining and activities. You are 12 minutes from Santa Cruz with its shops, restaurants, pubs, surfing and famous Beach Boardwalk, 8 minutes from Capitola and its beach, pier and shops, and about 35 miles from Monterey with its famous aquarium, golf and historic sites.
But you really don't need to drive anywhere. Just breath the salt air and relax in this cozy get away!

One is high-end and is 20" high fast speed inflate and is a double - very comfortable and looks/feels like a real bed due to the height and the fact that you can adjust the air pressure in a "sec". The second is your typical low lying inflatable - works, but not lux like the other.

We chose the townhouse because of location, location, location. We are near UC Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz Pier, Capitola, Montery, Pebble Beach. We have so much fun!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
When you stay at the Townhouse you are going to be centraly located to visit the Central Coast. You are near UC Santa Cruz "Go Slugs"! The home is well appointed, upgraded and nicely decorated. SeaCliff Beach and and Nissen Forest are both in your backyard and you can go on great walks on the sand or through the Redwoods. Great restaurants are located right in the Aptos Community - or head to Montery, Capitola or Santa Cruz for dining and entertainment. We often have lunch at Zeld's in Capitola - we are only one freeway exit away.

Hello, I'm Grace and I love to travel. I often stay at other VRBO locations and find the owners the to be friendly and helpful and the value to be great! I think you will find the same with our Beach Community Townhouse in Aptos. We have a great location and there is so much to do. We love having lunch at Zelda's in Capitola - we are only one exit from Capitola. Seacliff Beach in Aptos is wonderfuly unspoiled and while Aptos is known as a beach community the Nissen Forest is right in our backyard and is a wonderful place to wonder through the Redwoods. My sister-in-law and I spent a wonderful 4-day, long weekend here to take in the sites, antique shop, and relax. The accommodations were wonderful. The location is very convenient -- easy on/off to freeway, centrally located for shopping, etc. This is a townhouse in a very quiet setting. Once inside the unit, it is roomy, clean and very cute. It has been updated and has a very workable layout. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Can't wait to rebook!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. It is in an excellent location, is very clean and comfortable, and the owner was wonderful to work with! It was just a short (less than 5 min.) drive to either Rio Del Mar or Seacliff beach and there was an excellent coffee house within walking distance. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend it!
