The townhouse has been significantly remodeled with a new kitchen with granite countertops and maple cupboards, new wood floors and nicely decorated. It is a two level end unit with two decks. From the top deck you can see Monterey Bay with the city of Monterey in the distance. The restaurants and watering holes nearby are wonderful complete with friendly colorful locals eager to strike up conversation. The guest book at the townhouse provides you with lots of suggestions on dining and activities. You are 12 minutes from Santa Cruz with its shops, restaurants, pubs, surfing and famous Beach Boardwalk, 8 minutes from Capitola and its beach, pier and shops, and about 35 miles from Monterey with its famous aquarium, golf and historic sites. But you really don't need to drive anywhere. Just breath the salt air and relax in this cozy get away!
