This newly remodeled condo is bright and full of fun. The colors are all exciting with top of the line appliances, decorating and furniture. Great new(2009) landscaping that includes lush grass for not only you, but your pet to enjoy.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's with built in DVD players. Beach bags, pool floats, small cooler, books and dvds provided.
This condo is adult friendly, kid friendly and pet friendly.
There is a beautiful view of both the bay and the gulf. All fun is within walking distance. Our pool is just steps from the condo and you are always welcome there. There is a dock and if you bring your fishing gear you are liable to catch some great memories.

JULY 4TH HAS A GREAT FIREWORKS DISPLAY, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND IS COLORFUL AND FUN, MARDI GRAS IS CELEBRATED WITH A WONDERFUL PARADE. I CAN PROVIDE INFO ON SEVERAL KIDS CAMPS LIKE SURFING, SAILING AND ZOO CAMPS.

Beautiful beach with seashells, snorkling is great,surfing, fishing and relaxing. comfortable rooms, nice deck, grill for entertaining. Boat in the slip at the condo, when we get ready to go out, we go! Dog friendly and neighbors are friendly. Close to great restaurants and great entertainment/nightlife.
