Sunbird condominiums located next to the famous Pineapple Willis, Pompano's restaurant and within walking distance to many shops, miniature golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. It is within 10 minute drive from Pier Park.
A deposit of $150.00 with the signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation; this must be within (10) days of receipt of the confirmation. Also full rental fee must be received no later than 30 days before arrival date.

Awesome Experience & SPECTACULAR View

You never know what you will walk into when renting something online, so we were ecstatic to find that this condo was even better than described. Even the photos didn't do the place justice. The view is simply amazing. Open all the blinds and sit down on one of the sofas and you will think you are floating over the ocean, because all you will see from your seat is the balcony, the sky, and the water. It is pure heaven. You are within walking distance from everything: Walmart, Ripley's, Waterworks, etc. Pineapple Willy's is conveniently next door, which is nice for eating out - but noise is not a problem in the evenings. There are 3 pools to choose from on the property, and you are steps from the beach and the ocean itself. Also, it is a gated community, so you must have a code to drive onto the lot, and a code to step onto the beach and back on to the property. I am a single mother & was on vacation with my 2 daughters, so that was something that made me feel a lot better about the entire vacation. Last but not least, dealing with Tatiana was a dream come true. She was always quick to respond to questions, and was so very nice. My deposit was refunded promptly & we plan to stay again. I have recommended this condo to everyone I have spoken to. Actually, I can't stop talking about it! Don't take chances with your vacation - because I talked to too many people who did - you can trust that this condo is everything it is supposed to be. Have a wonderful time!

We had an awesome vacation staying in this unit!! It is just as described! Owner was very easy to deal with and our deposit was back almost before we got home!!! It is right next door to Pineapple Willies which was convenient! It is close to lots of restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and comfortable for the two of us!! Would recommend this unit!! :)

This was our third time visiting PCB and overall probably the best place we have stayed. The view is great, not too low and not too high. We were in the middle of everything and were within walking distance to all the nightlife PCB has to offer. Couple this with a great price and this condo is hard to beat! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in this Sun Bird condo was fantastic! Everything detail about the condo was just as described in the listing, i.e. location, pictures, amenities, etc. The Bed was comfortable, there was enough space to move around, the condo was clean, and the view from the balcony could not have been better! The location is within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants (Pineapple Willies is right next door to the condominium, and our food there was delicious), which is a plus considering how much traffic is present during peak seasons. For the price we paid, our stay could not have been much better. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Very clean and nice, had comfortable furnishings and a wonderful view. Max was very easy to work with and had our deposit returned before we even got home. We will definately be renting this unit again next time we are in PCB. The rate is probably the best in the complex, we loved it, thanks again Max.

Panama City became a desired vacation destination for my family and I. My stay at Maxs' Sunbird Condo was pleasant, comfortable, and most importatnly, enjoyful. The hospitality, view, and proximity of the Condo to the beach and other holiday destinations enhanced our vacation experience. We are looking forward to returning next year.
