A deposit of $150.00 with the signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation; this must be within (10) days of receipt of the confirmation. Also full rental fee must be received no later than 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellations: Thirty (30) days notice required for a full refund of deposit, 50% refund with a 15-29 days notice, and less than fifteen (15) days notice will result in no refund.

  • Very clean and nice, had comfortable furnishings and a wonderful view. Max was very easy to work with and had our deposit returned before we even got home. We will definately be renting this unit again next time we are in PCB. The rate is probably the best in the complex, we loved it, thanks again Max.

  • Panama City became a desired vacation destination for my family and I. My stay at Maxs' Sunbird Condo was pleasant, comfortable, and most importatnly, enjoyful. The hospitality, view, and proximity of the Condo to the beach and other holiday destinations enhanced our vacation experience. We are looking forward to returning next year.
