Gorgeous custom home in Half Moon Bay is perched on top of a bluff looking out onto Half Moon Bay harbor and Mavericks world famous surfing. The home was completed in 2001 and consists of two stories both of which have 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean.
The home has 3 bedrooms, all of which have ocean views, as well as 2.5 bathrooms. There is an outdoor living area with space to barbeque and as well as a balcony which wraps around the second floor of the home. There is a garage with room for two cars to park.
The home is equipped with plasma televisions and a fully stocked kitchen. There are full linens in every bedroom as well as bath and beach towels for all. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and the house is wired for broadband internet and Wi-Fi is provided free of charge (cable TV included as well). Gardeners come once a week and a housekeeper comes periodically to change the beds and clean the house.
The living space is divided into two levels and the top level consists of a living room with fireplace and plasma TV as well a s full equipped gourmet kitchen. The second story also houses the master suite with walk in closet and jetted bathtub. The home is without a doubt in a very safe location and is fully wired and comes with a security system.
