Gorgeous custom home in Half Moon Bay is perched on top of a bluff looking out onto Half Moon Bay harbor and Mavericks world famous surfing. The home was completed in 2003 and is two stories, every single room on both levels have a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean.
The home has 3 bedrooms, all of which have ocean views, as well as 2.5 bathrooms. There is an outdoor living area with space to barbeque and as well as a balcony which wraps around the second floor of the home. There is also a dining area on the second story balcony overlooking the yard, ocean and harbor. There is a garage with room for two cars to park.
The home is equipped with plasma televisions and a fully stocked kitchen. There are full linens in every bedroom as well as bathrooms with towels as well as hand and bar soap. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house is wired for broadband internet/Wi-Fi and is provided free of charge (premium cable TV included as well). A groundskeeper maintains the yards and during your stay will on come once a week.
The living space is divided into two levels and the top level consists of a living room with fireplace and plasma TV as well a s fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The second story also houses the master suite with walk in closet and jetted bathtub. The home is without a doubt in a very safe location and comes with a security system.

My husband and I spent a beautiful weekend at this home. The home is perfectly clean, the yard well stocked with heat and a firepit. The city of Half Moon Bay is charming with lots of shops and wonderful restaurants. I will return to this home again this year as I enjoyed every minute of my weekend!

Beautiful home, incredible sunsets from the deck. Upon our arrival, we received a complimentary dinner and a bottle of private label Chardonnay from the owners.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing home over MLK weekend this year. We were so happy with the house. The views of the ocean are amazing - you can see the waves crash on the shore from the kitchen and upstairs wrap-around desk. The kitchens is outstanding, and the bedrooms are very comfy - the downstairs bedroom with the fireplace in very romantic. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and yet still close to HW 1 so it doesn't take long to get to shopping, the harbor, or anything else in Half Moon Bay. We will definitely be coming back soon.

We rented this house for a Company retreat. The house has incredible views and is very clean, bright and open. The beds were all very comfortable with really great sheets too. The owner was very accommodating with our specific requests. The outdoor patio was equally as comfortable and beautiful. The house was perfect.
