You will feel like you are floating on air when staying in our our 1700 sq. ft. brand new marble and granite penthouse condo. We have ocean views from the cathedral kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. There is a dining room balcony and a 300 square foot covered balcony off both the living room and master bedroom. In addition to the ocean view there are views of the mountains and the entire north Bay. We are a five minute walk down the hill to the beach.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and satellite television. The master bath has a glass shower and Jacuzzi tub combo with double sinks. The second bedroom has two individual beds that can convert to a King as well as a loft that accommodates another single bed and a private bathroom with a glass shower.
The gourmet kitchen has a cathedral ceiling with stainless steel appliances; it is fully furnished with all the amenities to entertain. It also has a state of the art water filtration system which purifies the water for safe drinking.
The infinity pool and roof top terrace are perfect for entertaining and are right above the living room. The condo is decorated in an Asian/Indian/Mexican influence with color and charm.
We are located just north of the malecon and up the hill from the beach in the Col. 5 de Diciembre area, in a traditional Mexican neighborhood. We are close to the 'action' but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. And, we have the best fresh seafood market in the city only 2 blocks away.
