Well maintained and very comfortable spacious condo. There is a bed converter to convert the twin size beds into a king size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and with grocery stores within driving distance, we were able to prepare and eat some of our meals at the unit for a change of pace instead of eating out all the time. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai amongst the trees and listening to the birds while having our evening drinks. Having a washer and dryer off the lanai was a big help being that we had a 10-day stay. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Well maintained unit. Had everything we needed. Slept six people comfortably. This unit had everything we would need for the beach (umbrella, beach chairs, mats, towels, cooler and boogie boards). The double shower in the master bedroom was great at the end of the day. Each bedroom has TV plus the living room (though the master bedroom is the only LCD). Unit also has A/C in all the rooms, plus ceiling fans. I will be staying here the next time I'm in Maui.

The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped so we felt like we were at home. The lighting in the master bathroom could have been a little brighter but everything else was perfect! The location is beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us! We would definitely like to go back!

I just finished up staying in this 2br in Wailea. What a great spot - a short walk to the Wailea mall for coffee in the morning, or a little further and you're on the beach walk that connects all the big hotels. For a day at the beach, I think you're best to drive and park down by the Four Seasons and access the Grand Wailea beach from there. The condo itself was really nice - the lanai has a view of the ocean and is south facing so you pretty much get sun any time of the day. The King bed made for a comfortable night's sleep and the second bedroom meant we slept 4 adults/2 kids no problem. The unit is also close to both pools in the complex which was nice because we saved on dinner and used the common gas BBQs most nights (located at the pool). The pools on site are both real nice, with one being designated as "quiet" which was nice for escaping the kids. We'll be going back for sure.

Have stayed in this unit on serveral occasions... Within minutes of 5 or 6 top beaches, has two pools, FULLY stocked, and very quiet at night so you can be ready to go next day ! Nice view. Very close to shopping mall, which features upscale dining and casual dining. Lots of choices. Seems this side of island gets very little rain or wind. Unit seems well maintained.
