This new, professionally decorated three bedroom, three bathroom condo is in the new Ariel Dunes located in Seascape Resort and comes with fantastic rates! You will enjoy fantastic views, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need to relax, escape, and enjoy your vacation.
When you stay with us, you will enjoy a newly completed, upgraded, comfortable condo that surpasses any hotel room and nearly all other condos. The family room features comfortable seating, flat screen 32" TV, DVD player and upgraded ceiling fan.
The sliding glass doors allow for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico that will take your breath away! The dining room features seating for six, upgraded ceiling fixture, and bar seating for three.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals including upgraded GE Profile stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with lush bedding, flat screen 27" TV with DVD player and a private bath with separate shower and soaking tub. You will wake up to breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed with beautiful bedding, flat screen 19" TV with DVD player, upgraded ceiling fan, a private bathroom and private balcony with views of the Seascape golf course and the Choctawhatchee Bay.
The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with trundle bed to comfortably sleep four people. This bedroom also features shared access to the third bathroom. The family room contains a twin size sleeper sofa to sleep one more guest.
The lock on the front door has been upgraded to a keyless, numeric key code lock to provide you and your family the convenience of not having to keep track of who has the keys. We will give you an access code that will be valid for the duration of your stay. When you arrive in Destin, there is no need to check in or pick up a key, simply go to the condo and start vacationing!
When you stay at Ariel Dunes you will enjoy fantastic HUGE pools with fountains and waterfalls.
You can also enjoy the Cabana Cafe, a full service restaurant and bar located in the lobby of the building that even offers room service!
If that's not enough for you, you can enjoy the convenience of golfing on Seascape's challenging golf course, right outside your door! You can also enjoy tennis and beach chair and umbrella set-up through Seascape (beach service only available during high season).
The nearby (less than 3/4 of a mile) Silver Sands Outlet Malls, multitude of restaurants, shopping and entertainment will provide everything you and your family are looking for in a vacation.

This condo was great! We had four children with us and the bunk room was fabulous for them. The walk to the beach was minimal and the amenities were superb.

We really enjoyed staying at Ariel Dunes! The view from this condo was lovely! The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and definitely appreciated having a pool available. My husband enjoyed having the golf course right on site. I would definitely recommend getting up early and walking to the Whale's Tail for a cup of coffee, or heading down there at sunset to enjoy the view.

we stay here in june, never been to destin before and the stay was great, we stay in 601 the view was great, the condo it self was excellent you could have not ask for a nicer place to stay the condo was great and so beautiful we had everything that we wanted if i could rate this condo it would be a 10 thanks so much for all your help in making our family welcome to your home thanks again janice davis
