The views are spectacular of both the bay and the ocean from the 6th floor 250 square foot deck. This rental is ideal for large families as well as multiple families.
This Penthouse is everything you are looking from its size to the spectacular views that it provides. There is covered parking (2 spaces), a private Heated pool, Poolside Restroom, Outside Hose, Gas Grill (by pool area), Outside storage closet (w/provided 8 beach chairs, so you don't have to bring your own) and Elevator.
It features and upscale kitchen with dual refrigerators, two dishwashers, ice maker, dual stoves, granite countertops and large breakfast bar.
The spacious bedrooms feature a Master Bedroom with King Bed and attached full bathroom with double stall shower.

The famous Wildwood Boardwalk, with its amusements and 2 water parks is only a short distance from this property. A 10 minute drive to Cape May and approximately 40 miles to Atlantic City.

The Unique Benefits at this Penthouse
Just North of Vista Mar Condominiums, a dozen blocks or so, is the city of Wildwood. Wildwood is known for the Boardwalk and the enormous sandy beaches it has to offer. On the Boardwalk you’ll find an abundance of eateries, arcades, amusement rides and two water parks. “Watch out for the Tram Car, Please”. The South end of the Boardwalk starts about 20 blocks (+/- 3/4 of a mile) from Vista Mar Condo’s. North of Wildwood is the city of North Wildwood. At the far end of North Wildwood (New Jersey Ave and Old NJ Ave.) you’ll find several eating and drinking establishments. All with in walking distance of one another.
To the South of Vista Mar is an area known as Diamond Beach. Diamond Beach is mainly made up of Condominiums and a few private beaches.
City of Cape May – The city of Cape May is about a 10 minute car ride, south on Pacific Ave., from Vista Mar Condo’s. Cape May offers a small breach / boardwalk area. Cape May is known for its Victorian flair and the Washington St. Mall area. At the Mall you will not find any large retailers. The three block, or so, Mall area is made up of outdoor specialty shops and dining / drinking establishments. Recommended for a late day, early evening visit.
Atlantic City – Atlantic City is about a 50 minute car ride from the Vista Mar Condo’s. Follow the Garden State Pwky, North to the Atlantic City Expressway, East. The AC Expressway drops you in the heart of AC.

My wife and I purchased this penthouse in 2008 because of its gorgeous view of the ocean and the bay. Wildwood Crest has always been a love of ours and the off season is our most favorite.
