This beautifully appointed beach front home is located on East Beach. Offering 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, this home is ideal for a large family or several couples. The home is not only richly decorated inside, it also provides great outdoor furnishings(both covered and uncovered), all of which enhance the incredible views of the ocean.
Triple porches enable guests to enjoy a very relaxing and very private atmosphere. The full bar/entertainment area adjacent to the pool is large enough to handle a private party. Bedding consist of 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twins, and 2 Single Rollaways.
All rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owner's preference. All rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, telephones, DVD/VCR's, grill on premises and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four day minimum in other seasons.
Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am.

I recently spent a week at this amazing home with my sorority sisters. There were 7 of us “girls” and we try to go some where different every year. This was our first trip to St. Simons Island and this house was perfect for us. It has lots of room and would sleep many more comfortably. Great shopping and dinning were within a short driving distance. It was a unanimous vote! We will be back to this house next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Every year my girlfriends and I rent this house. It is a great girl's getaway! It has a private pool and very nice views of the ocean. Beware!! Once you stay here, you will never want to leave. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone!!
