This home is 8 feet from beautiful lake of the Ozarks on the Niangua arm (quiet). This is not the party cove area, not to say fun doesn't happen just not to that degree. Beautiful 2 story home hardwood floors above tile below 3 bedrooms with a beautiful bar area, large patio between the house and lake no steps from lower floor to dock. Great view lots of activities deep water off the dock great for swimming in a no wake cove.
